The location is amazing, right on the beach. The rooftop area was lovely and the staff were so kind be helpful. The beach towels were a brilliant added bonus.
Great location at the quieter end of station 3. Nice room, lovely staff and good breakfast. Beach towels and bag provided and water stations available to refill.
Noisy and leaking AC. Strong smell of urine in room/bathroom. Coffee in room not replenished and no tea provided. Roof top bar not manned

Noisy at night in upstairs rooms sounds like a water pump.
I think it is an eco-friendly hotel.

The Philippine breakfast was so delicious.
If you want to stay in a quiet, not-too-crowded area, this is the best hotel.
There was no hot water because they use a solar system to heat water. During our stay, it was rainy and cloudy. That is why we could not get hot water to shower but the cold water wasn't too cold.
Its 1-2mins walk from the beach. They have a roof deck with good view and free breakfast!! They also have free use of toy shovels and goggles for their guest which we really love
Plus points coz they provide beach towels and beach mat whenever we need it. Always clean and cozy!
Proximity to the Beach, decors, and that I got some exercise by climbing the stairs up to our room. ( no elevators)
The room was dark, quiet, cool temperature with AC.

Room service was regular. Cold water dispensers throughout the building.
The hotel was great.
However, Boracay wasn't. For the price of this hotel on Boracay, I could stay on a prettier island for a lot less.
