Everything was great except for the shower at room 307 and also i hope they find another partner for the airport to hote
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, staff, quietness of the room i stayed in

Cons:

The only problem was the shower at my room (room 307). The hot/cold shower was not working well. It was either too hot or not working at all . I hope they fix it

Wonderful!
Pros:

I couldn't have asked for better service. The staff were all excellent: friendly, helpful, prompt, and went above and beyond. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The location was amazing - right in the middle of everything but tucked a little off the main beach so it was quieter. I couldn't find anything to complain about.

The best staff
Pros:

Beautiful resort, good food, and great service. The women at the reception were very pleasant and helpful. The staff at the restaurant were also very friendly. The people here really took care of us from pick-up to drop-off. We would definitely come back again.

Cons:

You have to cross the street to go to the beach but there is almost always a staff to help you cross. It wasn't a big deal for us because in the end, it kept the noise from the beach away from our rooms. There was no smart TV in our room and the internet is not so reliable but this also wasn't a deal breaker because we spent most of our time out swimming or eating anyway.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Close to the the beach, staff are very friendly and helpful, room was quite spacious

Cons:

The photos trick you into thinking that the hotel is on the beach, it’s NOT! We booked it specifically because it was directly on the beach, however the image they show is of the restaurant and not of the hotel. Mouldy smell in the room coming from the bathroom

A Special Place and Home from Home
Pros:

Our second stay on Boracay Island and Jony's Beach Resort. We really feel at home here, everyone is so friendly both at the resort and the Mayas restaurant. We were lucky to be offered an upgrade to two rooms on the top floor, La Perla and La Concha with a private terrace. It was an amazing and special experience. The breakfast at the Mayas restaurant is delicious, and we went through the menu during our stay. The fruit platter was a favourite. We also ate at the restaurant in the evening. The team organised a few trips for us including a helicopter ride around the island which we would recommend. We were very sad to leave and would like to thank all the people we met for their kindness and support. Highly recommended.

Pros:

From start to finish, our stay at this hotel was outstanding. The property is modern and impeccably maintained, everything felt brand new and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly, professional, and paid attention to every detail; they made us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach, and the on-site restaurant (which shares the hotel’s name) served a delicious breakfast each morning. Little touches — like a dedicated staff member who helps you cross the street — made our stay especially comfortable and stress-free. I would happily return to this hotel again and again.

Our 2-nights stay was good enough to experience the difference between Boracay then and now.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The hotel is just across the road from the beach.

Cons:

Boracay is too crowded nowadays! Regulating the daily number of people on the island should seriously be taken into consideration such as other tourist spots like the Acropolis in Athens and Venice in Italy. The limit should take into consideration a balance on the negative effect on the local economy and the benefit it brings in the long run. BTW, a robust debate and study should also continue on the proposed project to build a bridge from the mainland to Boracay Island!

Perfect location, delicious food, and that unmistakable Filipino service.
Pros:

Staff were all very responsive with everything we needed. Standout interactions with Ging and Five. It was great to finally meet them in person. Jimmy was excellent too. We were a massive group and you guys handled the group very well. Thank you.
Maya the restaurant was just superb. Tony the waiter who served us from breakfast till sundown was special. We love him! Thank you Tony for looking after us everyday.
We moved to a luxury resort for 3 nights which I fully regret. I missed the personal touch Jony’s gave our family. Definitely our new favourite place and we will be coming back to stay here again.
