We really enjoyed our stay. The food was excellent, the location was perfect, and the surroundings were beautiful. Everything exceeded our expectations.
Staff were all very responsive with everything we needed. Standout interactions with Ging and Five. It was great to finally meet them in person. Jimmy was excellent too. We were a massive group and you guys handled the group very well. Thank you.
Maya the restaurant was just superb. Tony the waiter who served us from breakfast till sundown was special. We love him! Thank you Tony for looking after us everyday.
We moved to a luxury resort for 3 nights which I fully regret. I missed the personal touch Jony’s gave our family. Definitely our new favourite place and we will be coming back to stay here again.

La pieza asignada estaba en el tercer piso, sin ascensor y frente a la calle. Como la aislacion de las ventanas no era buena se escuchaba el ruido de la calle y la música estridente de los bares del frente con música hasta la madrugada.
On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was reasonably good.
Unfortunately, I experienced an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom in my room, particularly after the rain. It was difficult to stay inside without keeping the balcony door wide open. My room was in the building above the reception, while our friends stayed in the other wing, where they had no smell issues at all.
First of all the staff, everybody was so nice, friendly and helpful throughout the whole 7 days stay. I was thinking of booking a more luxurious place next time, but the staff makes me reconsider it, I will miss this kind of treatment. All the ladies on the front desk were exceptional and all requests were made in minutes. Top tier service. Housekeeping guys were always around as well, service was perfect. Location of the hotel - perfect. Quiet area next to the beach, top tier restaurants are around you, 7-11 for quick snacks or drinks is 2 min walk. Most action is on station 2, walking from the hotel by the beach is less than 10 min and it's safe. It exceeded the expectations for the price
If you like to sleep in a cold environment, AC is not the best, it gets room chill but not chilly. As a person of size I would take that into consideration. For breakfast some orders are not available, but if you request, the next day it will be prepared for you. As well, I missed smart tv for the days when it was raining and just wanted to binge watch netflix, or anything online, since there is not much else to do.

Lovely staff smiling to me everyday my gf was getting jealous :). Comfy bed and beach just across the street. Breakfast in the restaurant across the street (sea view) was fantastic too.

Tout : le personnel de réception exceptionnel, l'emplacement en station 1 mais à 5mn à pied par la plage de la station 2, le restaurant de l'hôtel avec de merveilleux petits déjeuners face à la mer, une carte super le soir...Et le Bar Mai Tai à côté de l'hôtel avec une ambiance géniale...
A part le coq qui empêche de dormir la nuit... rien ! L'hôtel n'est pas vraiment sur la plage car ils faut traverser la route mais c'est à 10m !
The location, staff, service, and everything else were just exceptional. Staff was available to help at all times. Location is amazing. Free breakfast was so yummy, and the restaurant attached to the beach resort has such great food.
