Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Inventar, aber für eine Nacht ganz ok. Eine verriegelte Tür zum Nachbarzimmer machte unser Zimmer etwas ringhörig für die Unterhaltung der Nachbarn.

Die Lage war gut.
Das war das einzige.

Cons:

Zuerst erhielten wir ein Zimmer auf der anderen Strassenseite. Es war klein. Zwar neu ausgestattet, aber mit schrecklichen Möbeln.
Das nächste Zimmer war unterm Dach. Deutlich grösser, aber runtergekommene Einrichtung und alte Teppiche und im Bad alles mindestens 30 Jahre alt. Scheusslich.

Das Studio war sehr klein aber fein

Die Lage ist ideal. See, Hallenbad Restaurants und Bars, alles in der Nähe.
Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer sauber.
Schön dass das Hotel nun auch eine Bar betreibt.

Dringend bra
Pros:

Die Lage ist schön. Aber das Hotel selbst dringend die Renovierung braucht. Der Besitzer hat das Hotel nur von 3 Jahren gekauft( Auskunft des Besitzers) und in die Zukunft mochte viel endern.
Unbedingt muss die Klimaanlage eingebaut werden,improvisorisch geht nicht,besonders im Dachgeschoss ,besonders im Jilie.Die Mobel ist dreckig und ausgenutzt,alt.Ausstatung ist nicht gut. Das eigene Restaurant ist neben dem Hotel,was normalerweise praktisch sein muss, aber im Restaurant hat bis 4 Uhr Morgens eigenen Personal laut gefeiert .Ohne Klima und mit offenen Fenster konnte man nicht schlafen.Morgen haben wir uns beschwerdet. Der Besitzer war nett und uns versprochen hat ,das Hotel zu renovieren,er hatte noch keine Moglichkeit gehabt und mit dem Personal wird gesprochen,. Personal m Hotel ist international.
Ich wunsche das Hotel alles bestens,weil es sich im wunderschönen Ohrt befindet und nyr paar Meter vom der See. Mit der Renovirung wird das Hotel guten Potenzial haben.

Cons:

Bydleli jsme ve studiu ve vedlejším objektu. Neodtékala vanička sprchového koutu a kanalizace nebyla vyčištěna ani druhý den po upozornění. Přehřátý pokoj neměl funkční klimatizaci, údajně kvůli státní vyhlášce o životním prostředí. Ventilátor fingoval pouze na první stupeň. Vybavení a design pokojů není úplně Švýcarský top standard. Rozhodně jsem neměl pocit služeb 4* hotelu a to ani u snídaně.

Pros:

Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit .Essen war auch sehr gut ,ich hat aber gern ein Auswahl gehabt.

Cons:

Die wc sitz passt nicht auf dem wc ,war sehr unbequem .
Die Kühlschrank ist im weg bim spültrog.
Kaffee war nicht aufgefüllt und Tassen nicht abgewaschen

Places de parking juste devant l'hôtel

Ne mérite absolument pas ses 4 étoiles, on dirait plutôt un hôtel 1 ou 2 étoiles maximum

Service médiocre :
Bien que nous avions eu la confirmation via la messagerie Booking que nous pourrions faire notre Check in plus tôt (12:00) personne n'était présent à la réception, nous avons attendu longuement avant d'avoir un responsable au téléphone grâce a un employé (ne parlant pas bien l'anglais) pour accéder à la chambre

Équipement à revoir :
Il faisait beaucoup plus chaud dans la chambre qu'à l'extérieur, le ventilateur mis à disposition est vieux et très petit, il ne convenait pas pour deux personnes.
La douche est très petite et collée aux toilettes.
Le gel douche est de marque Lidl.
L'hôtel ne dispose même pas de parapluies à prêter à ses clients.

Petit déjeuner bas de gamme :
Très peu de choix proposé, de basse qualité et mauvaise présentation
Les confitures proviennent de chez Lidl, le jus d'orange est en bouteilles de jus économique, rien n'est frais.
