Poor overall
Pros:

The location of the hotel was ok.

Cons:

The room had no windows so was very claustrophobic and smelt very damp.
the lamp above the bed was poorly placed and dangerous.
The shower head was broken and water pressure was very poor.
the shower sink did not drain causing the shower area to flood.
the toilet seat was broken.
the fridge was covered in water.

For the price, it was a very good stay – so much value for the money.
Pros:

I liked that it was easy to find the hotel, and everything was on the ground floor for us

Cons:

The bed linen seemed old and gray.

Broken facility such as; towel hanger, shower hanger , bed was terrible sound can,t take a good sleep. Has the shampoo and shower amenity tank but it's empty!, the smell of the the room was dirty as well.

Horrible estancia

Cuando estabas a punto de llegar al alojamiento a las 11pm nos llamaron para decirnos que no teníamos habitación porque la habitación que habíamos reservado y pagado hacía 3 semanas se la habían dado a otro cliente. Por lo que si queríamos una habitación teníamos que ir a otro hotel del mismo grupo que está el doble de lejos de distancia. Tenían todas las habitaciones ocupadas y nos obligaron a cambiarnos de hotel, pagando nosotros todos los gastos extra de transporte. Y cuando llegamos al nuevo hotel (S24 resort Buriram) estaba lleno de hormigas y muy mal olor. No recomiendo nada estos hoteles. Venden más habitaciones de las que tienen disponibles y después envían a los clientes a otros hoteles.
