Basic ad expected but clean with excellent location.
As stated, this is a basic hotel and the tariff reflects this. The room is not luxurious but neither is the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location, location, location. Very clean and comfortable.
On 1st look the place looked clean modern and presentable
Then1st room we were placed in was a basic room tho it. No window and was a little cramped for 2, so on day 2 I upgraded to another room at an extra cost.
The 2nd room seemed pleasant enough still and had a window. However, the AC unit was tapping constantlyand really hindered my sleep, I was jetlagged after my 6500 mile journey as it was. The sound was like chinese water torture. Their solution was tondampen the dripping from the ac above with a towel The climax however was the 5 massive cockroaches that we killed in one night. At this point I made it known I really wasn't happy and insisted on the upgrade money be refunded.
They at this point offered us another vip room with assurances that there was no tapping from the ac and no cockroaches. This was not true. Again.wr had to call for someone to dampen the noise and again we found cockroaches, albeit smaller than the others to their standard response of, oh were very sorry sir. Needless to say, I would not encourage anyone to stay here, despite it's fantastic location.
The aircon, the room was not small but not too big, just good for two people. It was nice. And the good thing about it, is the location, just go outside take the overpass and that’s it, you’re already at SM😊

Bathroom really dirty. Towel like a tea towel, just a thin sheet on the bed. Damp and cigarette smell.
