We expected better but hotel was below expectations.
Pros:

No breakfast was provided with room. We ordered our breakfast which was paid and very costly. Room rent was 3500 plus tax still no free breakfast. Very bad

Cons:

After paying 4000 as room rent not even one bottle of water was free. We were asked to pay for water bottles. No complimentary breakfast. Room was very small though rent was much higher.
