Tolles Hotel zum Entspannen
Pros:

Es war alles super...der Empfang, das Zimmer, das Restaurant, die Lage, der Wellnessbereich und selbst die Verabschiedung war sehr persönlich.
Man hat sich jederzeit herzlich willkommen gefühlt.

Cons:

Es könnten lediglich Handtücher im Wellnessbereich zur Verfügung gestellt werden, damit man nicht die vom Hotelzimmer nutzen muss.
Dann würden ggfs auch mehr Gäste Handtücher in der Sauna nutzen.

Pros:

Supero mi expectativas. Las fotos no muestran lo bueno que está. La habitación es súper cómoda, el desayuno es increíble y el wellness area es excelente después de un día largo de ski. Cómodo para dejar los skis abajo y subir a la habitación directo a la ducha.

Cons:

Antes de llegar mandé un mensaje para que me ayudaran a saber cómo llegar y no fueron muy específicos. Si vas con equipo de ski en bus, llegar es cuesta arriba y hubiese estado bueno un poco de ayuda con eso pero vale la pena llegar!

Pros:

Frukost, bastu, bassäng och personal

Cons:

Saknades hängare i badrum.
Först var det för varmt i fummet sen för kallt men till sist lagom efter personal justerat Klimat två gånger.

Trotz einiger kleinerer Kritikpunkte waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen sicher gerne wieder!

Es hat uns alles in allem sehr gut gefallen. Hervorzuheben war das große Appartement mit zwei großen Betten in separaten Räumen und Küchenbereich, der große Wellnessbereich mit mehreren Saunen und Pools, den wir täglich genutzt haben, und das gute Essen, das wir obwohl ursprünglich nur mit Frühstück gebucht, auch abends fast jeden Tag genutzt haben. Das angebotene 3-Gang-Menü bot jeden Abend eine neue Auswahl, darunter auch immer eine vegetarische Option, die auch nach Wunsch flexibel angepasst wurde.

Cons:

Es gab auch hier und da Potential zur Verbesserung: Bei dem Bett im Schlafzimmer knarrten die Lattenroste hörbar, die Einstellung der Heizung im Zimmer war nicht so richtig regulierbar und sowohl das Frühstücksbüffet als auch das Salatbüffet am Abend waren zwar reichlich und ausreichend vielfältig, aber über die Woche jeden Tag annähernd gleich, da fehlte ein wenig die Abwechslung. Die gekochten Eier beim Frühstücksbüffet hätten auch gerne frisch gekocht und warm gehalten sein dürfen.. Und vielleicht sollte man erwägen, zusätzliche Handtücher für den Wellnessbereich frei zur Verfügung zu stellen. Der Aufpreis war mit 2,50 € zwar nicht hoch, aber viele andere Gäste verzichteten darauf und setzten sich dann ohne Handtuch in die finnische Sauna, was auf Dauer wohl den Holzbänken darin nicht gut tut..

Absolut nichts!

Cons:

Nichts! Sehr veraltet. Spa Bereich ist abstossend. Garage so steil das man beim einfahren mit der Front anstösst und bei der Ausfahrt ganz oben mit dem Unterboden.
2 Nächte, Müllabfuhr kam beide male um 4:15, hält 3m vor dem Schlafzimmer und leert die Tonnen. Nach den 5 min Krach war jeder wach!

Nice staff, but that is about it. The rest was disappointing. The dinners were very noisy.

The staff was very nice.

Cons:

The sound level in the restaurant and the dinners left a lot to be wished for. Our smartwatches sounded an alarm for sound level above 95dB and warned that such levels can harm your hearing. It was close to impossible to hear what your own table said. The restaurant needs a serious noise fixing.

Supertrevlig!
Pros:

Otroligt trevlig service och personal. Speciellt i receptionen fick vi väldigt bra hjälp med många saker. T.ex. rabatt på skidutrustning hos en riktigt bra uthyrning. På nyårsafton överraskade de oss med en fantastisk meny, fördrink och tilltugg och fint dekorerade lokaler. Verkligen över förväntan!

Cons:

Vägen till huvudliften var ca 600 m bort och lite krånglig att gå till.
