Amazing stay. The owners and the staff are making the difference
Pros:

Everything was exactly as expected. Cozy place, beautiful traditional decorations, large room, nice SPA area, great food for both breakfast and dinner.
We look forward to stay again.

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und extrem aufmerksam, dazu immer nett und lustig. Selten haben wir so unglaublich tolle Gastgeber gehabt. Dazu ganz tolles Essen (auch begann auf Wunsch und abgestimmt)

Pros:

Esperienza davvero eccezzionale. E' bastata una notte per convincerci. La stanza era molto ampia e pulitissima, la colazione super abbondante e di qualità, idem per la cena. Il personale molto gentile ed attento. Una chicca la spa per gli amanti del genere con la posssibilità di fasi la doccia prima di rientrare. Ottimo e preciso il servizio navetta.

Завтрак очень скромный . Спа зона очень маленькая , а людей всегда много . Прошу не ходить

Pros:

Buona colazione e cena varia e di buona qualità. Personale gentile e amichevole , navetta molto efficiente con autista Gabry molto simpatico e disponibile.

Mancanza di bollitore e carta e penna in camera, sauna limitata a due ore al giorno.

Pros:

Hotel a pochi passi dal centro di Canazei, curato e accogliente, con parcheggio dedicato e vista sulle Dolomiti. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il ristorante sia per colazione che per cena, con menu ricchi e variegati. Il servizio spa compreso nel prezzo è un piccolo gioiellino per il relax. Nonostante tutti i favolosi servizi, ciò che fa la differenza è la gentilezza e professionalità del giovane staff. Consigliatissimo

Niente.
Solamente due appunti: il wifi ogni tanto dava problemi e nel bagno della nostra camera avremmo preferito una persiana o anche una tendina oscurante perché non c'erano
