Pros:

Der Ausblick auf Mosel und Reichsburg wunderschön, super freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal, bequeme Betten, Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Lage sehr gut, an der Moselpromenade nur ein paar Minuten Spaziergang bis zum Stadtkern.

Vriendelijk personeel. Leuke locatie en lekker eten.

Cons:

Geen ijskast op de kamer; In de zomer echt wel een must. Geen mogelijkheid om 's morgens op je kamer een koffie te drinken. Ontbijt was maar om 8u30 wat ik vrij laat vindt.

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer mit allem, was nötig ist. Sehr gutes Restaurant mit hervorragender Weinauswahl.

Cons:

Es fehlte eine Minibar. Im Gemeinschaftskühlschrank für das Gästehaus gabs nur Wasser. Der Straßenverkehr war gut zu hören.

Prima kamer, prachtig uitzicht, aardig personeel
Pros:

Prachtig uitzicht op het kasteel, we hadden een ruime kamer met zithoek, heerlijk gedineerd in het hotel en het ontbijt was ook prima. Prima service en aardig personeel.

Cons:

De wc-rand was helaas niet schoon, jammer want hierdoor toch een puntje minder.

Sehr angenehmer Empfang und ansprechende Räumlichkeiten, Frühstücksbuffet vom Restaurant separiert, dadurch ruhige Atmosphäre, alles vorhanden, was ein gutes Frühstück ausmacht. Aufmerksame Mitarbeiter.
