A good hostel away from.the centre

Amabilidad pero problemas en la limpieza
Pros:

El trato de la gente muy correcto y educados, hicieron lo posible por resolver el problema que contaré abajo. El desayuno muy bueno, el espacio de la habitación amplio.

Cons:

No tenían las sábanas limpias, tenían pelos. Me ofrecieron amablemente cambiarme de habitación: tenía dos camas. Compruebo las dos con pelos.
Acordamos que me quedaba en la habitación original y cambiaron las sábanas delante mía. Lo cuál lo agradezco, yo ya no le quise decir nada, pero compruebo que también tenía enganchada la sábanas unos pelos, no soy una persona quisquillosa) pero da la sensación de no estar limpio. Así que puse mi saco de dormir, que por suerte llevaba. No es lo que yo esperaba.

Convenient stop-over.
Pros:

Spacious clean room.
Warm shower.
Secure parking.
Easy access for travellers with their own vehicle.
Located 2 min walk from the bus station with several shops and eateries.

Cons:

The neighbourhood looks like a war zone.
Many barking dogs at night.
Breakfast is plenty but a bit bland.

Good stay in Oruro, if you want to be outside the city
Pros:

We liked the fast Wifi, the breakfast, the big bathroom with good hot shower pressure and the private parking. The room’s size was very comfortable. Also the hotel has a tiny convenience store which was very handy.

Cons:

The mattress wasn’t firm anymore. The motion light from the hallway would shine strongly into our room at night. The location of the hotel is a bit weird, as it’s located in a dusty neighborhood. Lastly, the breakfast lady could be a lot friendlier.

Staff does not respect reservation on BDC
Pros:

The bad attitude of the staff spoilt the stay

Cons:

Staff: rude and unwelcoming. They do not respect reservation on BDC.
They offer buffet style breakfast, but they try to control what and how much you eat.
From the bathroom comes a strong smell from the sewer
Hotel does not have elevator. You must carry your bags onto the 3rd or 4th floor.
No consistent hot water to shower
Hotel situated on a dirt road next to rubbish dump

Pros:

Clean, good temperature, and overall a good attempt for making it look nice.

Cons:

the furniture didn't match the room (sizing), was installed crooked, and there was only 1 outlet tucked away behind the bedhead board.
Feels like they spent more money on decoration than smart design.
