Okay rooms, ill equipped staff
Pros:

The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The staff were ill informed and ill equipped to deal with any requests that were asked. E.g asking for laundry pick up - we were told that our laundry would be picked up and we waited for 30 minutes. We then chased up, and were told there was no laundry. They also gave us the wrong price for the room and then tried to charge us more at the end of our stay, despite admitting that they had given incorrect information. The bathroom also needs updating as it leaks all over the floor.

Pros:

We booked this hotel last minute after a long journey. Very accommodating staff, and an excellent breakfast. Easy access from here to Fort Cochin.

Good location
Pros:

Nice ambience and location with good connectivity

Cons:

There was no liquid hand wash every time you have to use soap At least there should be one bucket and mug in the washroom

Pros:

L'hôtel est très correct pour le prix que nous avons payé. La chambre est confortable et propre. L'hôtel est situé à proximité, 15mn à pied, de l'embarcadère du ferry pour aller à Fort Cochin. C'est plutôt un hôtel d'affaires que de vacances.

Cons:

Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine en rooftop, très agréable car il fait très chaud. Cependant, tout l'environnement de la piscine était en travaux pour aménager un bar et un espace détente. Ce sera sûrement très agréable par la suite.
