A pleasant stay
Pros:

Convenient with regard to shops and some restaurants within walking distance. I always appreciate it when a hotel provides a gym, even for a quick workout. There was a reasonable amount of choice for breakfast. Staff were courteous & friendly

Location and room are good but the hidden policies are dealbreaker
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

They asked 2000 INR for 4 hrs early check-in even when I informed them prior to reaching the hotel. They played the game of unavailability of the room for a while then asked for money quoting “it’s the policy”. When I asked to see the policy they didn’t show anything.
