Not very sharp in responding to pre stay requests
I told them Im coming early but they staff at the reception had no clue and d was as cold as ice.. in stead trying to accommodate me he advised me different hotel .. so I had to leave and come back after 6 hours …

Underwhelming experience at a potentially lovely hotel
Pros:

Spacious room, 2 bathrooms etc
Good dining experience and buffet

Cons:

Very disappointed to arrive over an hour after check- in time and find that our room wasn’t ready. We’d been up since 4am and were fobbed off and treated as fools by reception.
Card lighting system didn’t work in our room and had to call maintenance team out at 9pm. Not good.
Breakfast was average

Cool stay in Kochi
Pros:

Staff, breakfast, room, facilities, good air conditioning.

Cons:

Hallway carpets looked dirty and I think they gave the place a funny smell. Soft furnishings could be kept cleaner

Needed a place to rest that was clean, safe and comfortable. The hotel met my expectations.
Pros:

Very polite staff, good food, room seemed very clean

Cons:

Green carpet in the hallway of the 5th floor - they shd possibly replace it with tile. It had marks on it.
