Pros:

Good location

Cons:

They charged us for two nights at checkout when we stayed only for one night and had already paid . That gave us some stress as our uber to the airport had already arrived . The matter was sorted out but the staff member's attitude was to be deplored

Місто чудове, готель тягне на 4
Pros:

Розташування готелю гарне, все в пішій доступності. Готель на 5 не зовсім тягне . Є багато нюансів для 5. Але в цілому не погано.
Сніданки не погані, хоча в більшості індійські кухня. Чистота гарна, прибирання кожного дня якщо вам треба.

Cons:

Коли бронювала то особливою перевагою був в наявності басейн. Але на жаль там йде капітальний ремонт. Було б гарно на період ремонту внести в опис про басейн поправку. Бо було не дуже приємно забронювати з басейном і не мати його.

Pros:

Really clean, very attentive staff and a big room! The bed was really comfy. The gym was well-equipped and had good air conditioning (once I worked out how to turn it on). There are multiple restaurants/ bars in the hotel - all serving really good food. Very accommodating of the request for early check-in (approx midday)

Cons:

Unfortunately, the pool was closed for refurbishment during our stay

Location is good, room was a good size, breakfast buffet had a good choice though average in taste.

Cons:

The main reason I booked this hotel was because it has a fitness room amd roof top swimming pool. However, both were very disappointing. The fitness room was small, very inadequate and the equipment of very poor quality.
The roof top pool was quite small and construction right by the pool (which was not mentioned while making the booking) did not help. I hope booking.com will take notice of this. Ongoing construction and inadequate facilities like poorly equipped gyms and pools must be clearly mentioned or there needs to be a way to provide more details.

Amazing Hotel , wonderful experience in Kerala.
Pros:

Excellent location, great hospitality, quick service, amazing and very respectful staff are the hallmark of this Hotel. A special mention of Ms Divya for providing useful information to visit places as per our requirement.
Enjoyed a comfortable stay for 6 days and didn't miss my home for the first time in life.
It was truly value for money. Thnx a lot for making our trip to Kerala a memorable one.
