Letti comodissimi, smart tv, balcone, staff gentile.

Cons:

Doccia con acqua tiepida, manca il phon in bagno. Alcuni ospiti stranieri rumorosi di sera tardi.

Pros:

Ļoti viesmīlīgs personāls, es pat to nesauktu tā. Ģimene,kas to vada deva mājīgu sajūtu. Vienmēr gatavi palīdzēt un aprunāties,kā jau itāļi. Neprecīzu, bet laikam viens numuriņš bija īpašā dizainā nupat remontēts. Patika arī, ka jau tā tūristu nepiebāztajā ciematā, bija maz cilvēku apkārt.

Cons:

Ne tas,ka nepatika, bet ja ilgāk jāuzturās, gribētu ko pamainīt brokastīs.

Nettes kleines Hotel mit freundlichem Empfang
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und gab uns gleich viele gute Tipps wo wir am Abend noch hingehen können. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch der Frühstücksraum hell mit einer angenehmen Flair. Schöner Balkon. Großer Parkplatz.

Cons:

Haus ist hellhörig und der Verkehr von der Strasse gut hörbar. Zimmer (nur Einzelbetten) relativ klein. Das Bad ist auch ziemlich klein.

Cons:

Przy samym hotelu znajduje się mała ubojnia zwierząt, o której nigdzie wcześniej nie było informacji. Na Google Maps widoczny jest jedynie sklep mięsny, natomiast nie ma jasnej informacji, że bezpośrednio przy hotelu znajduje się również ubojnia.

Z balkonu słyszałam przerażone kozy, ich nawoływanie oraz odgłosy zwierząt oczekujących na ubój. Przed godziną 6:00 rano przyjechał również transport ze świnią, która bardzo głośno kwiczała. Okna hotelu praktycznie nie tłumiły tych odgłosów.

Dodatkowo bardzo nieelegancka była sytuacja podczas śniadania. Mężczyzna pracujący w ubojni wszedł na salę, gdzie siedzieli goście, w gumiakach, zabrał kilka drożdżówek z miejsca, w którym podawane było śniadanie, i wyszedł. Uważam, że takie zachowanie w obecności gości hotelowych było bardzo niestosowne i zdecydowanie nie pasowało do miejsca, w którym goście mają spożywać śniadanie.

Jestem w szoku, że takie miejsce znajduje się bezpośrednio przy hotelu i że goście nie są o tym jasno informowani przed dokonaniem rezerwacji. Mam zdjęcia pokazujące, jak blisko hotelu znajduje się ubojnia.

Mój urlop w okolicach jeziora Como miał być pięknym i wyjątkowym czasem, a niestety stał się dla mnie bardzo trudnym i traumatycznym doświadczeniem. Gdybym wcześniej wiedziała o znajdującej się przy hotelu ubojni, nigdy nie zdecydowałabym się na pobyt w tym miejscu.

Zdecydowanie nie wrócę już do tego hotelu.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war Kurt

Es ist sehr laut, wenn im Flur jemand eine Tür öffnet oder sich unterhält, wird man im Zimmer davon geweckt. Es war eine sehr unruhige Nacht. Man sollte bedenken, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist und man von den Nachbarn alles mitbekommt.
