A stay experience damaged by other customers' smoking that seems beyond the property's control.
Pros:

Location, friendly and supportive duty manager and staff.

Cons:

Smoking. I requested a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor when booking it. When the first time someone smoked in the communal area of my floor, upon my request the duty manager was quick to have changed my room to a different floor. However, the last three days someone smoked on my floor and my room was filled with the smell of smoke. I decided not to bother the property manager and cope with it as I can see there is no non-smoking floor in the property and anyone can feel free to smoke. It is very disappointing that in a modern city like Chengdu, such a property at this level does not set non-smoking floors. For this reason, I'll not recommend it to anyone and I'll definitely not use this property again in the future.
