Very good
Pros:

The breakfast is good and the staff is very helpful.

Cons:

When we arrived at the hotel in Chengdu, the staff said that no confirmation is send to them and luckily the staff help us to check in. The same problem occur in Chongqing and we (10 person) have to book hotel by ourselves. You need to look into this problem and hopefully this problem doesn't occur in future.
