For that amount of money it's not a bad option, but I won't stay there again.
Pros:

Convenient location, parking available, room has everything you need. Clean bed and bedding, convenient sockets.

Cons:

The rooms are very cold. the floor is tiled and very ice. The bed is very hard and the pillows are uncomfortable.

Excellent value and comfortable stay
Pros:

We had a lovely comfortable stay. We also did laundry while we were there that came back smelling lovely. Good value for money and good location.

Cons:

המקלחת לא על השירותים אבל הברז מוזר, צריך לסובב אותו 360 מעלות בשביל מים חמים. מיקום קצת רחוק (10-15 דקות הליכה) מרוב מה שיש בעיר

Pros:

Fabulously friendly hotel, with a riverside location.. it looks gorgeous at night!
Super close to the night market, and it was also easy to walk from the bus drop off point.
Very comfortable bed, and we felt safe.
The most memorable part of our stay was the exceptional customer service from Tam and her colleague ( man with blonde hair)
They went over and above finding answers, laising with the bus company, and when I thought I'd left glasses, WhatsApped me and had a Grab courier organised.
Nam needs a special mention. In 13 months of traveling we have seldom experienced such warmth, genuine care and wonderful friendliness.. all in one person.

Pros:

Расположение отличное, центр рядом. Персонал отлично и достойно выполняют свою работу. Попросили байк, через 10 минут он уже был. Номер чистый, все необходимое есть.

Cons:

Ночью было прохладно, немного замерзли. Может быть отель предоставляет грелки, но мы не спрашивали

Zeer aangenaam verblijf!
Pros:

We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad in het Hoang Quan Hotel. De familiekamer was netjes en comfortabel. Alles was schoon en verzorgd, en de bedden lagen goed.

De dame bij de receptie was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze begroette ons hartelijk en was attent naar de kinderen, wat we erg waardeerden. Ook zijn we goed geholpen bij het regelen van ons vervoer naar onze volgende bestemming.

De ligging van het hotel is goed, op loopafstand van het centrum en eetgelegenheden. Wij vonden de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding erg goed. Wij bevelen het hotel dan ook van harte aan!

-La disponibilità dello staff per il (very) late check-in
- Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema durante il trasferimento dalla stazione al hotel e lo staff (di sua spontanea volontà) ci ha aiutato a risolverlo
- avevamo la stanza al 3 piano e c'è un ascensore veloce
-stanza pulita
-lo staff parla anche inglese

Good value for money!
Pros:

Central, comfortable and very well priced. The staff were also very helpful particularly An Tâm.

Cons:

Room was a bit grubby - stains on the wall and the bathroom had a bit of an odor when we arrived.
