Cons:

Worst place we stayed during our trip. It looked nice. We reached at around 10 pm. Later when I slept there were cockroaches in the bathroom and bed bugs on the bed. Suddenly i woke up from my deep sleep when they stated biting. Initially i thought its mosquitoes but when I put my mobile torch i saw it was bed bugs. Very very poor hygiene. I have put the picture of bed bugs in the pic. It was room no 404.

Overall, convenient and comfortable, but by all means avoid Salem auto drivers who are criminals.
Pros:

Staff were polite and courtious. Room was basic but neat and well maintained. Drinking water was also provided. Hot and cold water taps in the bathroom worked fine. The facility does not serve food but there are nearby restaurants like Balaji and Saravana where we can buy good food. They also provided proper bills and receipts as requested by me.

Cons:

The place is not very far from the city and in fact reasonably well connected to Salem public transit. However, Google and other Maps do not show any public transit directions and it would be difficult for first time visitors to figure out how to reach there by public transit. The property could consider sending public transit directions in the booking confirmation mail itself as that would really help us. Salem auto rickshaws are a mega scam. Even if you book using a booking App like Rapido or Uber, they will ask you three or four times the fare and if you try to request them to go with the agreed fare on the app, they talk very rudely, even threaten to beat you up with slippers. If you can avoid interacting with Salem auto drivers are they are all generally rowdies and goondas.

The best affodable place I have stayed
Pros:

Exceptionally clean. Never ever expected to find such a clean room at this price point in tamil nadu. After seeing all reviews online also was not sure whether to book this place . I have booked 3 rooms and have stayed here for a night . Anyone ca. book this place without a second thought is 100 percent sure that its value for money. Only negative to say is parking is bit difficult but is acceptable.
