The staff were helpful and understanding
The room was covered in mould, it absolutely stunk of mould. I was told it’s probably because there’s no windows in the basement room but it was because there’s was mould everywhere. I asked to move to another room incase it was just that room but nope it was the other room as well. Stunk of mould and they just painted over it everywhere. There was mould everywhere you look. Do Not Stay Here.
Hotel open during renovations so dust everywhere which meant we had to change rooms. The second room was a little less dusty but the curtains were broken, the bathroom was in poor condition... Not recommended!!
We were at the third floor when they did maintenance work that included drilling and exposed electricity.
We couldn’t sleep while they did it
