Pros:

I really liked the room. It was comfortable, and the bed was exceptionally good. I have been travelling through Kerala, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Madurai, Chennai, and Hyderabad, and unfortunately, most of the hotels I stayed in gave me severe back pain due to uncomfortable beds.

However, my 3-night stay here at Ibis was peaceful and comfortable. The bed provided excellent support, and I was finally able to rest well without any back pain. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant.

Cons:

The female staff who handled my booking was quite rude to my friend. I'm not sure if there was any particular reason, but her behavior towards my friend was noticeably different from how she interacted with me. My friend had only come to assist with the payment because my card was not working at the time.
As a front desk representative, I believe it is important to treat all customers with courtesy and respect, regardless of the situation. A pleasant and professional attitude creates a positive impression of the company.
On a positive note, the male staff member who was on duty with her was polite, helpful, and professional throughout the process. I truly appreciated his assistance.

I don't like to share her name ...the north indian fat girl ... She doing like she is guest ... I was a servent for her ...

There is no Android TV..
