The room was comfortable, although the bathroom and some of the furnishings were a little outdated.

Это гостевой дом. Гостевой дом, это когда ты живешь у семьи, как гость, за небольшую плату. Вас приглашают к ужину, рекомендуют лучшие места, как гостю. Не путайте с отелем. Вы приехали в гости и вам предоставили комнату в доме с отличным местоположением в городе плюс заботу, как дорогому гостю. При этом вы имеете возможность познакомиться с жизнью местных жителей. Хотите отель - все в ваших руках)
Хозяин добродушный и отзывчивый человек. Я промокла под ливнем, мне постирали и высушили кроссовки за несколько часов. У меня был непростой вопрос с обменом валюты, все легко помогли решить. И еще много-много всего.
Я предпочитаю именно такие места, потому что они позволяют узнать людей той страны, в которую я приехала. А стран было не мало)) Наимелейший гостевой дом, творчески оформленный, все в цветах и растениях. Чувствуется, что хозяин творческая личность и с большим сердцем.
По обслуживанию: В моей комнате было стреп-сатиновое белое пастельное белье - чистое)), полотенца меняли каждый день. Как и воду в бутылках тоже пополняли. В наличии шампунь, гель для душа, зубные щетки одноразовые (они были в навесном кармане, может кто-то их просто не нашел). Да, городской шум присутствует. Но учитывая локацию, его здесь не так много. Я просыпалась под пение птиц, правда потом оно сменяло звуки мопедов))
Про душ: Во Вьетнаме я посетила много городов и видела много домов, здесь так принято, когда душ прям на пол и здесь же унитаз 🤷♀️ хотите европейский стандарт - снимайте европейские отели.
Лайфхаки: Направо пойти, отличные завтраки, яичница на сковороде с кучей топингов (я таких во всем Вьетнаме не видела, там всегда куча байков, мимо не пройдете), ночной рынок и озеро - около 7 минут неспешным шагом. Налево пойти (около 7 минут неспешным шагом) и попадаешь в самый центр, где рестораны, самые красивые кофейни, городская площадь с мероприятиями, магазины, молодежные фото-локации и так далее.

Al llegar el hotel estaba cerrado. Si no nos da por abrir la puerta, no nos damos cuenta de que el recepcionista estaba durmiendo sobre una tarima.
Nada más entrar ya vimos una cucaracha muerta, la cual nadie retiro en los días siguientes. En la entrada, que también es el comedor, habían restos de la cena del día siguiente.
La habitación nada insonorizada. Por la parte inferior puerta del balcón podías meter la mano,entre la puerta y el suelo (por ahí no solo entraba ruido y aire...)
La puerta de la habitación era de cristal, no se veía a través de ella, pero entraba toda la luz del pasillo y la de la habitación contigua.
Les pedimos si podían alquilar nos una moto. Solo la cogimos un día porque estaba en muy mal estado.
La primera noche les pedimos si había posibilidad de anular el resto de la estancia, ni siquiera respondieron.
La habitación estaba sucia, los muebles llenos de polvo.
The loveliest host and his family! Very good location near to the best (vegan) restaurants and cafes, shops and services. Beautiful room with the city view and balcony.
There wasn’t air conditioner as bookings filter promised but we were ok with that!

The staff were extremely friendly. Allowing us to check in early and check out late for our stay which was a great help for us. The beds were comfy and location was really great for the price!
Unfortunately the room smelt very damp and both the bed linen and the towels were stained and unclean.

Bedsheets weren’t clean and old guests food in mini fridge. Windows didn’t open
Beautiful from afar. The decoration is great, the location is a good 10 minute walk from the town centre and the bed was comfortable. The staff were also sweet and friendly.
The bedsheets and pillows smell old and need to be deep cleaned. We found a big cockroach in our bathroom that scuttled away into the wall. The plants were rotting and smelly, despite being pretty. The restaurant downstairs adds to the general musk.
