The staff were extremely friendly. Allowing us to check in early and check out late for our stay which was a great help for us. The beds were comfy and location was really great for the price!
Unfortunately the room smelt very damp and both the bed linen and the towels were stained and unclean.

Bedsheets weren’t clean and old guests food in mini fridge. Windows didn’t open
Beautiful from afar. The decoration is great, the location is a good 10 minute walk from the town centre and the bed was comfortable. The staff were also sweet and friendly.
The bedsheets and pillows smell old and need to be deep cleaned. We found a big cockroach in our bathroom that scuttled away into the wall. The plants were rotting and smelly, despite being pretty. The restaurant downstairs adds to the general musk.
It was a different hotel to the one I booked couldn't get in touch with Booking so had to stay it was dirty didn't change bedding or towels the staff slept on the stairs and in the reception it was a dump filthy unhygienic not the hotel shown on Booking site a real let down
