We had an amazing stay at new century. The staffs are so friendly and welcoming. A guy name (Tan )hope we spelled that right! He was so lovely and looked after us really well during our stay. I really wish we could have stayed more. The room was spacious and super clean. They even decorated our room with lots of roses and welcomed with amazing dessert. Their modern tech with heated toilet seats and jaccuzi was great. The views overlooking from the balcony at Dalat's city view was just so mesmerising. Definetly recommended to everyone and we"ll return back again if in Dalat.

Disappointed with bad sleep due to nearby noises

Cons:

4 nites with Disco noises till very late couldn’t sleep . The bathtub is too high for elderly persons and there’s no hand bars to hold while getting in and out of the shower

Pros:

Lễ tân rất thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, thiết bị hiện đại, phòng sạch sẽ, view đẹp.

Cons:

Bữa sáng chưa đa dạng, toilet rèm che cũ và dơ cần được thay hoặc vệ sinh, đặc biệt là do ks có dịch vụ giặt ủi nên ko cho mượn bàn ủi, vấn đề này mình thấy chưa phù hợp lắm.

Dalat is beautiful
Pros:

The service was great. Good value for money. The view was good. Location is walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Breakfast was simple but good.

Cons:

The bathroom is not ideal hard to get in by and of bathtub. Water goes everywhere. The balcony needs attention. Does not appear 100 safe with glass panels not fully attached. No restaurant at hotel.
