A very dirty, greedy and cheating hotel
Pros:

They have good hot shower but leaking all over the bathroom floor.
The English speaker young man who’s the only member of staff working at this hotel during the Vietnamese New Year was nice and polite.

Cons:

1, I booked this hotel for 12th and 13th February 2024 after reading all reviews from booking.com APP. The room I booked was USD132.10 and normally the price is USD38.00. I understood that accommodation price got up during Vietnamese holidays. We arrived at 8:30pm on 12 February. We were sent to the room 204 and found it wasn’t cleaned at all. We took the photos of the dirty beds, dirty towels and dirty toilet. We waited 40 minimum to get a relatively clean room and clean beds, but the so called clean towels were similar as the dirty towels left in the room before with stains and someone’s hairs on them. We had similar dirty towels the next day. The receptionist told us, that were only towels this hotel had.
2, the location is a little far from everything. The worst part is that one must go through a long and very steep path to get to the hotel. Our taxi driver refused to drive down the slope so we had to walk with luggage ourselves.
3, the insulation in this hotel is almost none. When the quests in Room 203 the next door to us speaking, it sounded that as if they were in our room.
4, the most important question I need to ask is: why the reviews and score of this hotel on booking.com web is so different from what we experienced and saw with our own eyes? We’ve been travelling around world since 2016 and booked hundreds hotels from booking.com, the same situation had happened once only, which was early 2018 in Guayaquil, Ecuador. We have been stayed in Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, Quy Nhon and now Da Nang during Vietnamese New Year and booked 4 or 5 hotels from booking.com. All of those hotels raised price a bit and keeps the good services. So How come booking.com could allow a hotel raised price more than 3 times (same as a 4 or 5 stars hotel in Vietnam) and gave such terribly poor service?
