The staff is great, friendly and professional.
Our room is on the 7th floor, right under a restaurant and next to the elevator. It is no soundproof at all therefore it was very noisy all day from early morning to late at night. The noise came from the construction nearby, from the restaurant upstairs and from other guests.

The bathroom is HUGE, biggest shower I've ever been in and came with a hair dryer.
It's a very busy hotel with tour groups coming and going on big buses. Was quite a lot of noise from these groups in the morning as they got ready to leave.

The hotel advertised a number of services and facilities, none of which they actually provide. The coffee shop was closed the majority of the time and did not see the restaurant open at all. There is no gym, pool or spa. The hotel is 'open' and with the cool evenings ac is unnecessary, but there should be some form of heating, which there is none. Also the bedding is not as warm as might be expected.

No breakfast available even though it said you could pay for one on the booking site. TV had terrible reception.

We requested for a change of room due the level we stayed was quiet and a bit dark but the staffs kept saying they were people staying with us on the same level too.

- Extremely loud, the whole room shakes when people walk up stairs. Guests and staff constantly shouting in the hallway.
- People constantly smoking inside in the lobby area and the smoke filters into the room. Clothes stink of smoke.
- Room nothing like the photos and felt like a prison.
- Staff tried to access room when had a ‘do not disturb’ hung on the door.
- Shower barely worked.
