Great location, needs some maintenance.
Pros:

The staff were all very kind.
Beds were comfy and spacious.
Lobby is large and location is by the heart of the city with lots of shops and things to eat and explore.

Cons:

The wifi is extremely slow. Made it impossible to do work in the room.
Rooms weren't cleaned thoroughly. Lots of dust and debris between the the walls and bed.
Hot water cuts out and leaves you showering with Luke warm after 5 minutes.
Location of the room has a small window that has neighbourhood steps where kids were hanging out on at night which got quite noisy.
Soaps were not refilled.
There is a musky smell from humidity in the room when you enter. Room needs to be aired.
Water damage on the ceiling and some walls.
Those dust worm things hanging from the ceilings uncleaned.
With some small changes it could be a nice place. Unfortunately in its current condition I would not book here again.
I think because we came holidays the rate may not match the quality I think it it were a budget stay it'd work for some people.
