Pros:

Hôtel très propre et personnel sympa. Très bon petit dej et très bon resto en roof top. Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit à Chennai et nous avons pu faire le check in à 2h30 du matin ça s'est très bien passé. Je recommande

Cons:

Le bruit des travaux dans la rue mais ça l'hôtel n'y peut rien !

Sehr tolle Ausstattung, großes Zimmer, Bad sehr top .
Insgesamt würde ich dem Hotel mindestens 5 top Sterne geben. komme wieder..

Hot Water let down.
Pros:

Location of the Hotel and the Staff being very professional and polite.

Cons:

After flying for 23 hrs, we desperately wanted a hot shower and get some sleep.

Unfortunately there was no Hot water available in the room. The staff were very polite and apologetic, and tried their best with alternative solutions, but it's only so much that can do. Value for $$$ was also not met as a result. Management /owners should focus on improving infrastructure.

資料のプリントや部屋の忘れ物探しなど、お願いしたことをきちんとスタッフのかたがしてくださってと助かりました。朝食も好きです。クラブルームよりこぢんまりとしたシングルルームのほうが私は使いやすくて好きです

Pros:

Polite and responsive service by the staff, very clean rooms and premises, close to the US consulate VAC centre and 3 very nice restaurants that include a bar attached to the premises, serving all types of culinary. All this and more, making for a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Cons:

For nicotine connoisseurs, the place does not have a specific smoking area, and the nearest place to be smoking is the extreme end of the premises, which is quite a distance from the rooms.
