Good location, Clean stay
Pros:

The room was quite comfortable, as was the bed. The staff of course, were simply lovely. It’s an amazing gourmet restaurant right next-door and the breakfast that’s provided by the hotel is delicious.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there is a construction site right next-door so there is lots of noise during the day… if you are out and about all day, this would not be a problem

Hôtel très propre et personnel sympa. Très bon petit dej et très bon resto en roof top. Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit à Chennai et nous avons pu faire le check in à 2h30 du matin ça s'est très bien passé. Je recommande

Cons:

Le bruit des travaux dans la rue mais ça l'hôtel n'y peut rien !

Insgesamt würde ich dem Hotel mindestens 5 top Sterne geben. komme wieder..

Hot Water let down.
Pros:

Location of the Hotel and the Staff being very professional and polite.

Cons:

After flying for 23 hrs, we desperately wanted a hot shower and get some sleep.

Unfortunately there was no Hot water available in the room. The staff were very polite and apologetic, and tried their best with alternative solutions, but it's only so much that can do. Value for $$$ was also not met as a result. Management /owners should focus on improving infrastructure.
