Un palace très apprécié de la clientèle indienne
Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner était fantastique avec la possibilité de prendre du continental ou de manger tout indien. Le personnel est aux petits soins.
Même chose pour le service d'étage impeccable et digne de celui d'un palace français. Tout le personnel est au top dans cet hôtel.
La chambre est très confortable.

Cons:

Malgré la qualité du personnel, on sent parfois comme un flottement dans l'organisation elle-même. Au petit-déjeuner (où il faut parfois attendre une place--pourquoi un espace aussi petit ?), on a l'impression que le management ne suit pas forcément.
De la même façon, la surveillance parfois appliquée du côté de la piscine et qui consiste à vous demander systématiquement votre numéro de chambre à chaque fois que vous prenez un transat dénote un peu avec le standing de l'hôtel.
Autre point, quand il est plein, vous avez presque l'impression d'être dans une usine et la présence de seulement 3 ascenseurs peut se révéler insuffisante pour vous aider à accéder à votre étage.
Enfin, l'environnement reste pour l'instant bruyant : il y a des chantiers tout autour de l'hôtel.

Great hotel and staff
Pros:

Brilliant staff, throughout hotel and especially around the pool and pool bar. Restaurant great with wide choice and attentive servers always looking to help. So many babies around whilst we stayed, which we loved. Very close to local shops.

The pool was scheduled for a comprehensive refurbishment to be completed shortly after we left which will help enhance the facilities.

Cons:

Local area not good for my wheelchair using wife as I failed to get her to the beach; there was a good 100M of soft sand which was totally uncoverable to push the wheelchair. However, the resort was totally wheelchair friendly and always staff wanting to help me move her round.

We had chosen a Tranquility suite, but not absolutely certain of the advantages of those rooms.

とても良かった
Pros:

リフレッシュのため週末を利用して宿泊させていただきました。
静か場所で部屋も清潔感あり。
シャワーもしっかりとした水量とお湯もちゃんと出て気分転換できました。
スタッフのみなさんも気使い良く対応が良かったです。

Cons:

チェックイン時はサバサバした対応で愛想がないな…と、思いましたが私のパートナーが同じ州の出身とわかると急に対応が良くなった。
国籍、出身にかかわらず同じ対応であれば尚良かった。
