Pros:

I absolutely love everything at Taj—the experience is truly exceptional. Chef Prakash’s culinary expertise, Kuppuswamy’s warmth, and the impeccable hospitality of restaurant manager Mr. John and Mr. Suresh makes every visit memorable. Everyone is incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home.

A profound failure of hospitality and a distressing violation of personal liberty that no profession
Pros:

The location of the property is central, however, any perceived convenience was entirely negated by the systemic failures of the management. There was unfortunately nothing else of merit to note during this stay.

Cons:

The service was consistently unprofessional, ranging from dismissive reception staff to a chaotic and poorly managed breakfast service. Most disturbingly management facilitated an unannounced lockdown for a government official, prioritising political subservience over the safety and welfare of their paying guests. I was surrounded and threatened with arrest by armed security forces on hotel grounds due to a catastrophic failure by the hotel to communicate movement restrictions. This was a distressing and a profound breach of the hotel’s duty of care.

Pros:

The room was huge and well appointed with a very comfortable bed and lots of water provided. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. I wish I got to stay longer to experience all the extras like the pool, gym and spa!

Cons:

The buffet was a bit lacking for me as a gluten free person for the cost but was tasty.

The woman who worked at the sunglasses store offered to tighten our sunglasses. She tightened my friends Gucci glasses too much, and they broke a day later
