Pros:

Good food and facilities

Cons:

Service didn't feel quite luxurious. There was construction noise and my safe box was broken which took a long time to fix. It was alright. Check in took time and we had to really request for late check out even though we were part of an event hosted at Taj.

Good place but dont get fooled by booking.com's "promos"

Booking.com promised free airport transfer when I booked here but the hotel did not honour it.

Pros:

Les équipements comme la piscine, le sauna, la salle de sport et le steam Room. Bon petit déjeuner dans le restaurant. Le chef Dayalan et Kushi sont très professionnelles et attentionnés avec les clients.

Cons:

Les femmes à la réception lors de l’enregistrement et du Check out n’étaient vraiment pas agréables et ni professionnelles. Aucun accueil chaleureux, aucune explication sur les horaires du petit déjeuner et des activités. Lors du Check out, la femme a été expéditive. Ce n’est pas digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles !
Par ailleurs, les horaires de la piscine et sauna devraient être élargis le soir.

Staff was outstandgly courteous

Cons:

Shower area didn't have cold water coming at all. It was so hot water in all tap positions that it was extremly diffult to bath. This was the worst in Room#315. We tried all positions of Tap but unsuccessful. It was horrible expereince in shower. If this was naturally so hot water due to summer then hotel needs to do something but it seems that cold water was not coming at all.
