The environment and service are good, the price is reasonable, I recommend everyone to choose this hotel when traveling to Dalat

The staff was nice, but did not take accountability for the uncleanliness but instead gave excuses as to why the toilet was dirty. They do have complimentary breakfast, however, a small selection.
This place is dirty. My toilet sit and poop stain and my cousin’s room had pee stain when you lift up seat. We asked the front desk to clean it & they just sprayed water in that area and left the seat wet. I had to Lysol wipe the toilet seat. The shower had mold. I couldn’t bear myself to shower here. The mattress is soft, but the comforter smelled unclean. I asked if my cousin’s and I’s room were the same since we booked king bed and they said it was the same, however, my room was significantly smaller. Barely any space for luggage. Don’t let the pictures, tiktok and reviews fool you like I did. There were no elevators in the building we stayed at, so we had to take the stairs. It was short, but inconvenient with luggage’s. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it.

Really love the room. Very spacious and good design. Quiet place to stay and relax
The heating system of water supply is very poor. It is either too hot or too cold. Very difficult to take a shower. The floor was quite dusty when I entered the room. Disappointed about breakfast. It is not buffet. There are only 2 choices: noodle or fried eggs. The hotel should mention it in the website as my daughter can't eat noodle. At least the hotel should provide some sausages and fruit as the options
