Great stay
Pros:

The host was very friendly and kind and accommodating of our late check in time! The place is quiet but located very centrally, within walking distance of the market, lake, etc.., and the rooms are very cosy with a kettle and tea. We rented bikes directly from the property which was very useful and hassle free (the bikes functioned very well)

Cons:

The soundproofing in the room could be improved (we stayed on the ground floor and could hear people outside/in the lobby almost like the walls didn't exist), but it's a quiet area so it wasn't that noisy.

nous avions la chambre dans l'entrée, et qui donne dans la rue, et nous avons été étonné du calme la nuit
la propriétaire est très gentille et fait tout pour nous rendre le séjour plus facile
à quelques pas du marché de nuit

Cons:

la difficulté pour le trouver.
dans les petites ruelles accessibles à pied ou cyclo et mal renseigné par Google

Pros:

La camera è piccolina ma per me andava benissimo, poi amo le mansarde. Posizione ottima a pochi passi dal centro ma silenziosa perché in una vietta secondaria.
La proprietaria è sempre pronta a consigliare e proporre cose da fare e da vedere.

Cons:

Il letto è troppo duro e quando si fa la doccia si bagna tutto, bisogna ricordarsi di togliere ogni cosa compresa la carta igienica...
La scelta per la camera più economica era al piano terra, con tutto il passaggio di persone e rumori oppure la mansarda che ho scelto io che è al terzo piano...
Da Lat è decisamente più costosa rispetto al resto del Vietnam dove ho trovato soluzioni molto migliori a meno soldi...

Cost effective home stay near night market
Pros:

Very helpful staff. You can rent a scootie from the owner for cheap as well. They didn't charge us for laundry as good will.

I was only supposed to stay a night but Lan was so friendly I ended up staying 3 😅
Pros:

Lan the owner really made my stay. She is warm, welcoming and helpful. It was like a home from home ❤️

The location is perfect as it’s near to places like the night market but not close enough for it to keep you awake. The lake is walking distance and the best bakery in Dalat is just round the corner.

The room was very clean and had everything I needed.

Thank you for making my stay so memorable Lan ❤️

Pros:

On est arrivés plus tôt que prévu, à 3h du matin, on a sonné, la propriétaire nous a heureusement ouvert car il faisait froid et nous a donné une chambre qui était libre pour la moitié de son coût ! C’était très gentil de sa part. Encore merci.
Sinon, ce petit hotel est trés bien situé, à 5 minutes du night market, tout en étant trés calme.

The motorbike which I rented is of good quality.

Location is a bit hard to find.
I booked the cheap room which is noisy and small, the lady boss later suggested I take the vnd350000 room which I then agreed.
