Бронировали номер более за месяц, когда приехали, заселили прям напротив рецепшна. Ещё и без холодильника. На просьбу поменять номер, говорят что все номера забронированы, свободных нет. Мне вот интересно, все номера были забронированы ещё раньше? Или приоритет в размещении по номерам они делают из собственных предпочтений?

Volveremos siempre, el personal está muy atento a que estés siempre a gusto y entregan un servicio muy bueno y atento.

Tienen Laundry disponible ahí mismo en el hotel, las camas muy cómodas, de las mejores que hemos tenido en Vietnam.
