Great all around!
Pros:

It was great - the room was spacious, well equipped with everything. The staff was helpful, professional and friendly. The gym was great - I really appreciate it when you have a hotel gym where you can do a full body workout (strength & cardio). Thanks for everything.

There was nothing I did not like.

Very good
Pros:

I like the staff. Rooms are good, good accesible rooms and facilities. Studio rooms are great. Good location

Cons:

Its good there is parking, but not good that its paid parking. St Helens booterstown is another place i use and parking is free, food a bit better too. But i still like this place very well

Room could be with upgrade, great location and friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were lovely and it was nice to get a complimentary drink in the bar.

Cons:

The room....a bit dated, old carpet and handrails beside the toilet and all along the bath. Have to climb into bath to use the shower. Also extension boards everywhere, 3 plugs into adaptors for coffee machine etc etc. Needs updating to have accessible plugs on wall and new carpet. Car parking underneath hotel is charged extra at €15 per night.

Great hotel for a Dublin visit
Pros:

An upgrade to an apartment suite was perfect for our stay in Dublin, with its well presented sitting / kitchen area. The walk into the City centre took about 20 minutes although with regular buses virtually outside the door walking was an option. Peaceful location on the edge of Herbert Park.

Cons:

Nothing, although work starts at 7 am on the adjoining building site!
