Left a bad taste in my mouth

Cons:

V ordinary, couldn’t open windows, bed wasn’t v comfortable. I intended to stay for breakfast but the manager of the dining room wasn’t helpful when I asked for a table somewhere at the edge of the dining room (since I was alone and didn’t want to be on display in the centre). She was rude, obstructive and unhelpful and made me want to leave the hotel immediately and not return.

Excellent. We Would strongly recommend it.
Pros:

Location was very good. Rooms were excellent and fantastic customer services.

Cons:

No pool/ sauna facility in such a lovely hotel was a kind of a surprise to us.

excellent hotel accommodation in Ballsbridge convenient to Luas and bus routes and the RDS.
Pros:

The Herbert Park is conveniently located adjacent to Herbert park offering great opportunities for walking within the city.
We had a junior suite which was very well proportioned and comfortable with every possible amenity.

Cons:

really we couldn't think of any improvements
