Great location with a lot of accommodations. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. I will highly recommend the hotel to friends and family. We qlso made a reservation for our upcoming stay in May 2026.

Great service.

Extremely hot, air con not working, towel rail in bathroom fully working in July?! Had to open the window to get some air, very noisy as next to a busy road, mosquitos decided to join us. Breakfast underwhelming. Check-in was a nightmare, not going to use it again (this was our 2nd stay at the hotel).

Check in was a little weird. Reception was on the 12th floor and run by a guy in Tshirt and shorts with a laptop sitting at the bar. He was helpful in assisting me to get download an app for Room Key. Room was great. Larger than most, great bath room and extra large balcony. Breakfast was better than most the next day back on the 12th floor.

Everything was as expected.

a different hotel in an ok price range, and this is evident from the moment you want to park your car. Coming at a time when it was not crowded, it was quite easy to manage to get checked in, but the process took quite a long time and we had to find someone to help us in this process, especially since there is no real reception and this takes time. Deficiencies in cleanliness, services and the way you would need support. Recommended for those who have gone through this process and want to avoid interacting with too many staff

Nice stay

I liked this place a lot. Only one recommendation - it will be helpful to add a few USB ports in the rooms, I couldn’t find any.

Travelling with friends for bowling tournament, and since this hotel it was literlly right across, we booked it so we wouldnt need to carry heavy equipment with us every day

We arrived to the hotel, where the check in is faceless, through a mobile app, and the room key is on the app itself

It has an amazing location next to uni, food, supermarket, bars and the bowling center.

The rooms were very big and bathrooms too.
I would say it is great for students that come as part kf erasmus or to stay until they find a permanent place to be

On the downside, they have just a dispenser for shampoo and shower gel and it was empty when i went there.
And sometimes the card keys werent working so we had to move to the 11th floor to reception to fix it for us and this occured a couple of times for us during a 5 day stay with 3 different rooms

The largest co-living and co-working space in Bulgaria! The rooftop restaurant and co-eating area are fantastic, with a delicious homemade breakfast served every morning. I enjoyed the amazing 360° view of Sofia and Vitosha Mountain throughout my stay. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and well-equipped for both living and working. The diverse community made for a truly enjoyable experience together. I had a wonderful time here and highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay here. It's all online, check in, room keys, menus, ordering food and paying for things. Our first experience of this, but thankfully there was a charming receptionist who helped us illiterate tech people 🤣. Parking in the basement, yummy breakfast, spotless. We really enjoyed our stay.
