Un hotel de nota 10
Pros:

Hotelul este fiarte curst si primitor, mancarea este foarte buna si mai mult decat indestulatoare! Sunt atat de multe variante, incat nu le poti incerca pe toate su poti gasi ceva potrivit daca ai unele probleme de sanatate.
Piscinele exterioare foarte curate si ma refer atat la cele ecterioare cit si la puscina interioara. Totul functioneaza astfel incat nu patesti ca la alte hoteluri, unde se face economue si saunele trebuie pornite la cerere!
Aer foarte curat, caci nu cred ca trece vreo masina in afara celor cazati in Ciflik

Chiuveta de la baie ar trebui schimbata, dar a fost pefect functionala!
Apa din piscina de relaxare ar putea avea unu sau doua grade mai putin, iar piscina de inotat ar putea fi, doar cu un grad doua, mai calda in luna martie, de exemplu.

Pros:

Храната беше чудесна и изобилна. Беше много топло навсякъде. Сауната, парната баня- чудни.

Cons:

Изключително лошо впечатление ми направи селянията около басейна навън - хора с бутилки алкохол,бира, коли, пластмасови чинии с храна. Бяха надули сръбска чалга. Изобщо не успяхме да ползваме басейна. Не знам как хотел с такъв ранг позволява това?!

Cons:

Като забележка и препоръка мога да напиша, да има малко по голямо разнообразие в храната. Имаше една и съща пица три вечери подред и то с царевица и чушки. Пържените картофи също не бяха хубави, полуфабрикат и студени. Някои деца, като моето не ядат всичко.

Страхотно място, терасата ни гледаше към гората, реката се чува, уникално . Хотелът е много хубав, чист, храната е вкусна, разнообразна . Спа зоната е добра, персоналът е любезен . Препоръчвам !

Pros:

Хареса ни големината на стаите - 2 възръстни и 2 деца бяхме настанени в апартамент с хол и 2 спални, което надхвърли очакванията ни за запазеното пространство. Външният басейн е чист и с минерална вода, разделен е на няколко части с различна температура и може да се ползва дори през зимата. Хотелът е в гората и е доста тихо и спокойно в и около него.

Детският кът е много малък и няма човек, който да наглежда децата, затова не може да се използва без придружител дори и от големи деца
