It was very nice the view and the place itself was very premium for the price
Too far from Durban the (Main Beachfront)
And the also far from town it is deep in the suburbs
View
Air conditioning was facing the wrong direction
That I needed to ask for iron and kettle. And there is no microwave in the room
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room of sufficient size. Secure parking within a fenced property.
Far from the center. The beach was not easily accessible.
Bless is the best staff member and very welcoming..👌👌he was very accommodating.
Breakfast 👎 think you need to improve more on it and the beach 💔😥 we need to improve the walking path or make a better plan as when we plan for Durban everyone wants to go to the beach... Had to spend our two days in the swimming pool since the beach was way too far 😥😥😥😥😥
My heart ❤️ said to me, take your shoes off this floor is very clear.
Their TV sometimes is not switching on
Their place is very Beautiful and I like the outside entertainment area....
If they could invest on covered Parking for their guest cars.My car was clean but because of the rain over night woke up with a Dirty car.
The place is nice and quiet which is what we needed.
Breakfast was very wonderful, The sea view on the balcony was wow 👌 and also the private beach was 💯
Nothing we were more than satisfied especially bcs the staff members made sure that we were comfortable. And they also changed our headboard so it felt like we were in another new place it excited us. I would book again whenever I need a peace of mind and tranquility
The entrance, staff, breakfast and value for money
The carpets
Everything ❤️
None
View to die for, excellent location
The hotel is slowly being run down.......
It’s close to the beach as well as the shopping centre
On arrival I waited for a few hours before getting allocated a room as their systems were down. There was a damp smell in the walkway going towards room 11
The location of the facility is private and offers the secluded sea view and beaches that aren't overcrowded. The breakfast offers a variety of things to choose from.
The facility is not disability friendly. Wheelchair users cannot access the upper layers that have the beautiful seaview. Freedom of movement and access to the facility is limited to the staff opening and closing the gate for guests which poses a security threat.
The staff were friendly and helpful
The place isn’t clean enough especially with the carpets, the smell of the carpets was unbearable, as for breakfast they don’t even have tea
Everything was well
The Bed damn ai not comfortable at all(even now pur bodies are still soar yoh and tv didn't have Netflix, the sharing balcony was not nice at all and last but not least The road to the beach is so scary yall must clean and cut those trees
I booked this place for my parents, they said the place was perfect and the staff were really nice to them. they said the breakfast was also really good. They even allowed my parents visitors. Our family had visited my parents and the hotel allowed them to have dinner which they bought but they were allowed to use the plates etc and was told not to clean up. I think that was really great of them.
Everything. Our new place for my parents when they go to Durban
