Would have liked to actually stay.
Cons:

We explained to the staff on reception when we booked in that it would be late at night when we needed to use our room. When we arrived later there was no one on reception & no way to get our key. We ended up driving home & not using the room.

Very good price with a safe car park and warm comfortable accommodation
Pros:

The staff are very helpful and it was ideal for what I needed for my work, a clean comfortable bed plus clean shower and bathroom. There are plenty of local food outlets for a late meal plus Peterlee I’d just a few minutes away

Cons:

No food available but there is a kitchen which is very basic with just a microwave and washing machine and tumble dryer

I can only say if it’s a one night stay ok if longer book elsewhere
Pros:

There is no breakfast in this establishment the kitchen is opened at 7am locked at 8 so if you was out early morning or back late evening you had no facilities to make any food

Cons:

Stayed there for three nights no clean bedding no clean towels room not cleaned bins not emptied tea coffee was in the room but not filled up so after day one no tea coffee or milk and nobody on reception desk to get any refills

Bad vibes almost round
Pros:

Felt rough like staying in a hostel with drug takers. Had to share a bathroom and didn't feel safe so didn't stay the night just got my case and left. Will never look at this place as a option to stay again.

Village Hotel with good parking
Pros:

Plenty of parking ,and locally there's places to get food also near a co-op

Cons:

Shared bathroom ,and if you had a wash in the basin in the room, water was not always hot ,and could not adjust room temperature with radiator as the ends had been removed

Pros:

Quiet for business. Rooms and share toilets were smart.staff friendly and cooperative

Cons:

Kitchen to improve on smartness.kitchen hrs of opening and closing to accommodate early risers 630am and late arrivals 10pm .some business times may not fit into the Kitchen time table. If you may improve the outside surroundings to be more appealing.
