Pros:

Room is spacious, basic amenities. Helpful staff.

Place is run down. The room that get looks different from the one that we booked.

Don’t do it.
Pros:

Reception staff was very friendly and welcoming

Cons:

On of the pools water was brown. The bathroom was from trainspotting.. breakfast, premade toast with Nutella- no other option. Since I walked to the kitchen everyone rushed to put the sanitary gloves on..

Pros:

The water park, although rundown, was a relief from the heat of the day.

Cons:

We booked a room with A/C. The first four rooms had AC unit which didn't cool. They "upgraded" us to a room with working AC, but for an additional charge. This place suffers from poor management.

Pros:

The people working there were nice and accommodating but their hands were tied because of poor management.

Cons:

We booked a room with air conditioning at the booking.com price. When we arrived there were four rooms available but air conditioning worked in none of them. We had to take a different room that had air conditioning and they made us pay an extra amount. Breakfast was kind of an afterthought. We would have been better off just leaving.
