Pros:

Very comfortable bedroom and small balcony (great for watching the storms that rolled in at night)
Superb food - the 5 course dinners were amazing and there was a great spread for breakfast.
Staff were amazing - knew who you were and which language to use; switching seamlessly between German, Italian and English.

Schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder

Sehr schönes große Zimmer mit Balkon, großes Frühstücksbuffet, leckeres Abendessen.
Freundlicher Empfang, nettes Personal und der Hund war auch willkommen.

Pros:

La struttura per essere un tre stelle superior offre molto di più , dalle camere bellissime, alla spa piccola ma accogliente e fornita di piscina, bagno turco, sauna e docce sensoriali, per no parlare del cibo che direi eccellente!!! Tutte le persone che lavorano all’Hotel Gertraud sono accoglienti e premurose, noi è il secondo anno che torniamo proprio perché ci siamo sentiti a casa. Qualità prezzo super, con paesaggi stupendi!

Wohlfühlhotel im schönen Sulden.
Pros:

Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel Gertraud sehr begeistert. Die Lage des Hotels inmitten der imposanten
Bergwelt , die gemütlichen Zimmer und die Sauberkeit derselben war ausgezeichnet.
Ein besonderes Lob verdient die hervorragende Küche und das aufmerksame und sympathische Personal.
Wir haben uns samt Hund sehr wohlgefühlt.
Liebe Grüsse aus der Schweiz.

Colazione e buffet a cena con ampia varietà di scelte e freschezza, genuinità e bontà di prodotti. Cucina pressoché impeccabile per l'esecuzione delle pietanze, la loro presentazione e la qualità degli ingredienti. Servizio perfetto.

Cons:

avrei preferito gli spaghetti al dente - anziché di cottura media - e meno sale qua e là. Al tiramisù, dolce di quel solo giorno, avrei preferito strudel o torta o canederli di albicocche o altro dolce di espressione locale - come viene offerto negli altri giorni

Sehr persönliche und überaus freundliche Gastgeber. Die Speisenauswahl zum Frühstück und zum Dinner waren außergewöhnlich gut. Das Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht absolut empfehlenswert.

Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean and our room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was exceptional and left nothing to be desired. We also partook in the five-course dinners, fixed price, and to us they were gourmet. We love staying at this hotel.
