Good location. Quick check in.

Cons:

Very dated. Small rooms. Didn’t feel clean. Bathroom needs update. However we paid £48 so we couldn’t expect a lot more.

Staff very rude left waiting in reception to check in for 45 minutes water pipes made noise though room all night when went for meal was booked at 6 got told to get in the que witch was very long to get a message saying sorry couldn't make it they did get us a table in the end chef very rude at service

The room size for me and my 2 daughters is really good, nice bar area and added bonus attached to Toby Carvery!

Cons:

Staff were very slow, sat with friends drinking in the bar while we waited well over 20 mins at reception ringing for assistance.
Quite noisy with the window open, very hot with it closed (heating was off)

Room decor tired, room very small no beds made or towel change etc on the Saturday day 3 of 4 , no Herbal tea or half fat milk in room,breakfast very few healthy options.
