Large comfortable warm room with good shower at a very reasonable price.

Friday evening, despite having booked a table we were expected to queue outside with everyone else.
It was chaotic and thats being kind.

It desperately needs some basic maintenance of paint and plaster and there was a terrible chemical burning smell in the corridor.
Value, size and quality of rooms good, quite modern lovely and quiet warm and clean breakfast good.
Carvery was a bit hit and miss but again good value as we used discount codes..
Drunks in the corridor shouting between 930-11 preventing my son from going to sleep.

We were there for a wedding and the let us check in early and were more than accommodating to us all we would definitely stay again and breakfast was really good

Small room, but served its purpose for one night
The heating was left on wondered why the room was so hot and I actually burnt my hand on the radiator
The next morning I went for breakfast and the woman at the bar was most unhelpful and actually went to charge me for breakfast despite of being included in my room price and had a funny tone when I told her I was actually a resident
