Clean and comfortable and able to park. Not noisy either....no doors slamming late at night

Cons:

Slightly musty air in the room, but we had window open anyway so it vanished after a while.

Pros:

Nice to be somewhere with good site on site
I was lucky to have one of the best rooms being as it was the back meaning less noise of others walking through / slamming doors

Cons:

TV was small old and poor. Picture on many channels were constantly breaking up. No on-demand.

Can’t complain for the money - lean property and good staff
Pros:

It does what it says on the tin. It’s a basic but clean small hotel that served our purpose of a bed for the night at a reasonable price. The linens and rooms were clean if a little dated but quite comfortable enough for what we needed. It’s attached to a Toby carvery which again offers great value for both dinner and breakfast. The staff were helpful and cheerful which was lovely to see.

Cons:

The property didn’t have air conditioning and whilst they did provide fans in every room, it had been the hottest week of the year so far and a number of rooms faced directly into the sun which meant some where quite hot and stuffy. The windows would only open a little bit which I get from a health & safety perspective but it would have been nice to get more of a breeze through.

Dependable stay - not amazing, never bad.
Pros:

Easy stay, great location.

Cons:

Its room roulette as to the quality of your room. Some stays its a recently refurbed one which is great, other times its something that needs a lick of paint!

Pros:

Staff in the restaurant and on check in were hopeless, the room was basic but clean and good for a nights stay before an early morning flight

Convenient place to stay for a stopover.
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast, but evening carvery was excellent.

Cons:

We booked a twin room over a month ago, but when we arrived were told they only have a double room. Surely as these double beds split into twin beds it could have arranged with a month's notice. If we had been advised at the time of booking we sTood place tostayould have found other accommodation.
Apart from that the room was perfect.
