Comfortable & convenient. Food excellent. Good location just off the motorway with good parking.

All Staff pleasant & helpful.

Cons:

Kept waiting for a rather a long time for a receptionist to arrive for check-in (staff really nice, though).

Room a bit hot during the heatwave!

Basic but decent hotel and handy for Toby carvery!
Pros:

Decent rooms, one of ours had a shabbier shower room than another, but didn’t affect our stay. Receptionist was friendly. Handy to be at a Toby Carvery as we arrived at dinner time! Plenty of parking round the back.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike!

Not for us
Pros:

We was put in a room which a smell of dirty drains and so you can imagine when we got up in the morning the smell was not nice . The rooms are very tired we stayed in room 202 and people where smoking outside . The food was OK but the breakfast was just cooked not fresh fruit 😒 no I won't stay again

The whole experience wasn't good really although the staff where very friendly

Pros:

Convenient location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Lots of tea and coffee in the rooms.

Cons:

It has a feel of student accommodation but it did the job for one night.
The breakfast is very popular, but we didn't fancy yorkshire pudding and breakfast gravy, but plenty of people did! There is an extra charge for cereal and no fruit/yog etc.

Pros:

Very good location, excellent to have the Toby Carvery for dinner next door

Cons:

Room in this unusual summer was very hot, fan provided but in the extreme heat it couldnt do much, consider the addition of AC
