Half way from Midlands to Cornwall so ideal place to break trip up. Pub onsite had lovely food and good priced drinks. Beds clean and comfy. Easy check in

Not the hotels fault for my low scores. Staff helped as best they could although could listen better as she didn't seem to believe me.
I submitted a request on booking.com when I booked and this was not received by the hotel so was not fulfilled. I won't be using booking.com next time if I can help it.
Bed was really comfortable , was woken up with the fire alarming going off just after midnight
The corridor and room smelt of toilet cleaner
The room was, lovely & the bed comfy.
Bath tap leaked & the toilet cistern took a loud age to finally stop after flushing. The bed's wheels aren't locked.

we had to wait a long time for a member of staff to check us in and give us our room key, there was no one on reception when we arrived, we used the phone but repeatedly got no reply.

Walking to the room and in the room there was an awful smell that did not go away during our whole stay. It just kind of hit you in the face and wasn’t pleasant.
The bed was comfy enough and the breakfast in the morning was nice
The room was one of the smallest I've ever stayed in, 2 single beds a small table with tea/coffee with was beside the bed! Oh and two bed side tables squashed in-between the beds- Small.
The toilet cistern refilling every 10 mins from the tiny bathroom. And no air-conditioning, just a fan.

It was very clean and very reasonably priced as well as having great access to the areas we needed as well as the motorway
It is a bit dated but you can look past that when the room was so clean and comfortable

friendly and helpful staff. We appreciate the receptionist letting us check in early. And the woman who helped me get back into the room on nights. The only thing I wish the room had was air conditioning because it was boiling all night. Other than that, it had everything you needed.
