Room was nice and clean , and nice balcony
No breakfast available if you want one, no kettle or coffee,in room , have to go down to the lobby if you want a cuppa , and take to room, nothing in the mini fridge , and for what you pay, all the above should be available and in your room

Check in at 3pm and as we was there at normal time 2pm they charge 100 baht more
Insists by on 2pm check-in, even if you showed up at 1pm.
it was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was good.
I had booked a room with a balcony only to be given a room without. I mentioned this to the young girl at the reception and she apologised and showed me to a room with a balcony, when I enquired where the kettle, hairdryer and microwave were that were supposed to be in the room I was informed that they had stopped putting them in the rooms,I said that it was false advertising that they had done through booking.com and about 15 minutes later they came with a kettle and hairdryer. Then when my partner went for a shower, the hose feeding the water to the shower unit blew off, we sent for an employee but when she arrived I was already in the process of fixing it myself and got it working perfectly. One of the sliding doors leading to the balcony kept coming off it's runner. Apart from these issues, it was value for money but would think twice about booking there again.
The location is walking distance to several restaurants selling a mix of Asian and Western type foods. The bus station is also walking distance if it isn't a hot day! The rooms were fresh feeling, a good size and included a fridge and kettle. At reception they sell a few essentials including clothes washing powder for the nearby washing machines. The balcony had a small line to hang the wet clothes.

We arrived at 1.30pm but were told we couldn't check in until 3pm. Even though the website clearly stated there was a 2pm check-in.
The balcony was as big as the room the room was small but modern.
A decent walk to the markets and such
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my entire stay. The room was not only beautifully designed but also spotlessly clean, making me feel right at home. What truly stood out was the breathtaking view from my room, overlooking the city lights. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore the area and enjoy nearby attractions. I'm already looking forward to my next stay and would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience.
Great value for money and situated a short walk from the nightlife.
Room rooms are on the small side.
The staff was awesome and accommodating. It has one of the softest beds I have ever slept on. The location was perfect for me, everything I wanted to do was in walking distance and the price was more then reasonable.
