Spacious and beautifully decorated room with views of the square and the river. The best bed and pillows we found in Portugal. Lovely breakfast room and rooftop terrace. Perfect location for exploring the city on foot. Good orientation for free or paid parking.

Very unique hotel inspired by the Biblioteca Joanina
Pros:

This property was very unique and so beautiful .Free afternoon tea in the same area as breakfast ,overlooking the square and even had a rooftop area for you to enjoy

The CBR is very comfortable and very well located.
Pros:

The location was excellent and the room was both a spatial and decorative delight and a technological extravaganza.

Cons:

There wasn’t any public spaces other than the 5th floor breakfast room. Finding it was a bit of a challenge for our car’s navigation system.
