Excelente ubicación y la habitación muy moderna. La decoración de la habitación rodeada de libros muy novedosa.

Cons:

El desayuno muy Básico y el personal poco amable. El roof top no estaba disponible.

ואוו! חוויה חד פעמית ללון בחדר מעוצב בהשראת ספריית האוניברסיטה. שירותיים ממש. קינוחים ושתיה חופשי.

Cons:

אין גישה עם רכב למלון ויש צורך להחנות בחניה ליד בתשלום אבל השהות במלון גוברת על זה.

This place was a great choice while visiting Coimbra.
Pros:

The rooms were very unique and themed. The evening tea and morning breakfast were in a fantastic breakfast room on the roof. The location was great. The views of the river from the room were fantastic.

Cons:

The door to the restroom was a glass door. This was weird. This was less an issue for my wife and I, but for my adult kids, this was not their favorite part of the stay.

Nice boutique hotel but logistics for loading and unloading are difficult if travelling by car
Pros:

The room was comfortable, quiet and unique with its layout and "faux" book wall decor. The fifth floor lounge and roof top area were great as was the breakfast there. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English well.

Cons:

The location was difficult for loading and unloading luggage. For loading, we managed to temporarily park right outside but apparently we violated local ordinance as area is reserved for pedestrians during most of the day. Arrival staff did not mention ordinance and nothing seem to become of it. However, staff at departure mentioned the ordinance and that is was not a good idea to bring car to front of hotel. The alternatives were not good as parking was across the river and the other possible loading area was along busy street. Very stressful. Location, however, was certainly good for restaurants, river sites, and the University.
