Tutto! Viaggio spesso ma quest'hotel ti sorprende! Ha un'identità da 5 stelle! Stanza curata in maniera artistica e tecnologica. Staff accogliente, sempre presente ma non invadente! Ottima colazione e l'appuntamento the in rooftop è una bel servizio gratuito.

Great apart the toilets !
Pros:

I would have loved to put 9, but the toilets with transparent walls are really a no-go for me (and from my discussions with the staff, for most of the guests). I understand it's a design decision, but when the design destroys the usage experience, then forget the design and listen to your customers.

Cons:

The transparent call toilets. Basically, you do what you have to do there, with an unobstructed view from everyone in the room. First time (and I hope last) that I see that in a hotel.

Apesar do mau tempo que esteve durante a estadia, correu tudo muito bem porque a localização do hotel não podia ser melh

Stay here, you won’t regret it. Gorgeous.
Pros:

Absolutely everything. Lovely and helpful staff. We stayed when it rained all the time. A beautiful hotel room to chill in. Also you can go to the rooftop and have coffee and cake in the afternoon.

Cons:

Nothing. Some people might not like that the doors to bathroom and toilet are see through? But there are ways to manage it!

Cuidado, você pode ficar sem ter para onde ir no meio da sua viagem!
Cons:

Minha reserva foi cancelada poucas horas antes do check-in, mesmo com tudo pago. Somente recebi um e-mail informando que a acomodação havia cancelado minha reserva. Total descaso com o cliente, me deixando sem lugar para me hospedar no meio da minha viagem, sem nenhum aviso prévio ou explicação. Resumindo, me causaram um transtorno enorme.

Uma experiencia imersiva.
Pros:

O hotel tem toda uma decoração baseada na biblioteca Joanina, da universidade de Coimbra. Fazendo com que o hóspede se sinta imerso dentro dela no quarto. Muito interessante a decoração. Equipe muito simpática. Oferece lanchinho da tarde além do café da manhã.

Cons:

Pode ser algo complicado para parar em frente , pois fica no inicio de uma rua peatonal. Mas é bem próximo da avenida, não chegou a ser um problema.

Great hotel with unique, interesting decor
Pros:

Lovely hotel with unique room decor. Comfortable bed and good sized room.
Afternoon tea from 3pm is self service tea & coffee with biscuits & a daily cake
Staff are very friendly
There is no parking but there is a cheap car park just across the bridge, a couple of minutes walk

Cons:

The fridge did not work - we forgot to mention it when we left
