Buena estancia para visitar Colonia unos días
Pros:

La habitación y el baño tienen un tamaño adecuado. Hay una pequeñita nevera para dejar un par de botellines de agua.
La ubicación es bastante buena, a unos 20 minutos caminando de la Estación Central y la Catedral pero también hay una parada de metro a 3 minutos caminando que te lleva a diferentes puntos rápidamente.
Nos guardaron las maletas el último día hasta la tarde que salía nuestro vuelo.

Cons:

Al llegar en coche no hay un sitio para poder descargar las maletas y fue complicado.
Hace bastante calor en la habitación, no tiene aire acondicionado aunque si un ventilador.
Solo ofrece alojamiento, no hay posibilidad de desayuno.

Preisgünstiges Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Ein gutes Hotel, dass für einen Kurzaufenthalt auf jeden Fall bestens geeignet ist. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer im 5. Stock zum Innenhof gelegen, es war alles sauber, Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Tee und 2 Flaschen Wasser und ein kleiner Kühlschrank sind vorhanden. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die U-Bahn Station Friesenplatz ist fast direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Es gibt nicht viel Stauraum, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt passt es

Приветливый персонал, удобное расположение гостиницы. Рядом есть метро, магазины продуктовые, недалеко от железнодорожного вокзала.

Наш номер был небольшим, но нам нужно было там только переночевать.

Мы читали отзывы в Google и хочу сказать, что у нас постельное и полотенца были чистыми. Было убрано, местами видно, что что-то устарело или уже требует замены, ремонта и т.д., но это мелочи и не проблема персонала, который занимается уборкой.

Но вот касательно персонала по уборке, то да, были недочёты. К сожалению на столе, перед кроватью было грязно. Были остатки от пакетированного кофе (который прилип к столу), в чайнике осталась вода (предполагаю, что от предыдущих отдыхающих), на полу возле мусорного ведра остались пятна от еды.

Также было очень душно в номере, а вот к сожалению оставить окна открытыми было также пыткой, так как это центральная улица, проезжая часть и было очень шумно.

Hervorragendes, modernes Hotel in perfekter Lage für Flugreisende!

Wir haben dieses neue Hotel gewählt und waren absolut begeistert. Die Zimmer sind modern, sehr ansprechend gestaltet, komfortabel und äußerst durchdacht eingerichtet – die platzsparende Bauweise nutzt den Raum perfekt aus. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns, dass beim Konzept weitgehend auf Plastik verzichtet wurde.

Lage & Anbindung:
Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist ideal. Direkt am Hotel hält ein Bus, mit dem man extrem schnell und unkompliziert zum Flughafen gelangt. Ein großer Pluspunkt: Die Verbindung lässt sich hervorragend mit dem Deutschlandticket nutzen!

Service & Extra-Komfort:
Ein echtes Highlight ist die Anzeige direkt neben der Rezeption: Auf einem Bildschirm kann man live die aktuellen Flugzeiten verfolgen. Zudem ist vor Ort für alles gesorgt – ob Wasser, ein gemütliches Bierchen oder Snacks, es ist an alles gedacht! Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat all unsere Fragen geduldig beantwortet. Da unser Flug bereits um 6:00 Uhr morgens ging, haben wir kein Frühstück gebucht.

Zimmer & Ausstattung:
Die Betten sind sehr bequem, alles war blitzsauber und es gab überraschend viel Platz im Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage hat hervorragend funktioniert – selbst sehr empfindlich konnte ich völlig ungestört und angenehm schlafen. Obwohl kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer vorhanden ist, hat uns das zuvorkommende Personal unkompliziert geholfen und unsere Sachen für einige Stunden kühl gestellt.

Fazit:
Ein top gepflegtes, durchdachtes Hotel mit hervorragendem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und perfekter Information vor Ort. Wenn wir das nächste Mal ungünstige Flugzeiten haben, werden wir definitiv wieder hier buchen! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Je recommande cette hôtel
Pros:

La proximité avec tout, on est vraiment bien placé. Nous avions une petite terrasse qui n’était pas du tout négligeable pour le soir, nous pouvions laisser la porte ouverte.

La dame de l’accueil était très accueillante et chaleureuse. Nous avons bien échangé avec 😁

Si tengo q destacar algo es que no hay aire acondicionado y nos pusieron en la primera planta entonces al ventilar como hay cristaleras enormes por ventanas pues se veia toda la calle, pero bueno realmente creo que es cosa justamente de la planta en la que nos tocó
