Excellent spotless budget hotel close to central Cologne.
Pros:

Clean and comfy room 20 minutes walk from Cologne central railway station and Dom. Easy check-in and departure, pleasant staff. Kettle and coffee welcome.

Cons:

WiFi worked on phone but not laptop, might have been me !
Lighting on steps to room could have been brighter.

Tolle zentral gelegene Unterkunft
Pros:

Zimmer sauber, Bett bequem, Bad clean.
TV, Mini-Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Ventilator - umfangreiche Ausstattung.
Zimmerupgrade sehr nett

Cons:

Bei Ankunft Fenster offen - bei Temperaturen unter 10 Grad kühlt das Zimmer aus und dauert eine Ewigkeit wieder warm zu werden. Heizkörper warm aber Leistung träge.

Einfaches Basishotel in guter Lage, wenn man das Kölner Nachtleben erkunden möchte.
Pros:

Gute Lage am Ring. 24h Check-In.

Cons:

Sehr wenig Komfort. Kein Frühstück. In meinem Zimmer hing ein WLAN Router an der Wand, der die ganze Nacht blinkte und summte. Habe kaum ein Auge zubekommen.

Good location, decent hotel for a short stay
Pros:

The location was right next to a lot of public transport and in walkable distance to many sights or popular neighborhoods.

Cons:

The room was really small and the interior quite aged. It was decently clean and also cleaned everyday, but there was some dust here and there and my shower was a bit clogged.

There is also no air conditioning in the rooms and even in March the backside of the house heats up even with just a little sun, so I actually can’t imagine how it is in the summer months.

The hotel is located at a big road, so rooms that face the road will have a lot of noise, since this is the party street and also highly frequented by cars, ambulances, etc. my room luckily faced the backyard but was right next to the door that connects the back house to the elevator.

Leider lange nicht einschlafen können, weil das Gewummer eines anliegenden Clubs sehr laut war.
