Pros:

Ein sehr sauberes Zimmer auf einem wirklich schönen und gut gepflegten Hof mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundlicher zugewandter unkomplizierter Umgang der Mitarbeitenden, gutes ansprechendes Frühstück. Auto konnte problemlos auf dem Hof geparkt werden. Ich werde die Unterkunft sicherlich wieder in Erwägung ziehen, wenn ich in die Gegend reisen muss.

Pros:

Really lovely historic hotel in a fantastic, quiet location in Surth, close to a couple of nice restaurants. Lovely building. Huge room looking out at the inner courtyard. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great storage for our bikes. Nice breakfast.

Pros:

Ich komme seit nunmehr 20 Jahren in den Falderhof.
Alles ist unverändert.

Cons:

Wir konnten aufgrund der unerhörten Hitzewelle nicht schlafen, da der Falderhof keine Zimmer mit klimatisierung anbietet.
Mein Input an die Hausleitung ist es, z.B 10% der Zimmer mit Klimageräten anzubieten.
Selbstverständlich würden wir die Zusatzleistung bezahlen wollen

Pros:

Ein ganz besonderer Ort mit viel Charme - ein perfekter Ort für eine Auszeit vom Großstadtleben. Die Rheinnähe ist ebenfalls toll und auch das Frühstück hat alles geboten, was wir brauchten.

Ich war das erste Mal in dem im Falderhof und auch das letzte Mal. Wenn jeder Eigentümer mich bald mal irgendwas ändert,
Pros:

Schöner alter Hof, im Süden von Köln gelegen, aus dem mit etwas Herzblut und Engagement, etwas tolles gemacht werden kann.

Cons:

Das Hotel wurde in den achtziger Jahren gebaut und so sieht es heute noch aus. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach, ohne jegliche Liebe eingerichtet. Die Außentemperatur war circa 22°, jedoch im Zimmer fühlt es sich an wie 30°.
Das Inventar ist auch aus den achtziger Jahren und es sieht so aus, als wäre es nie erneuert worden.
Das Badezimmer ist aus der gleichen Zeit und mehr nicht. Mein Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, und nach Aussage der Rezeption wird dies auch nur alle drei Tage gemacht. (Anweisung des Chefs). Das Frühstück ist vorhanden, aber sehr lieblos, ohne jegliche Raffinesse aufgebaut.
Als alter Kölner ist es traurig zu sehen, was aus dem Falderhof in den Jahren geschehen ist.

Tolle Lage, eigener Parkplatz, schöner alter Hof, es ist sauber und gemütlich.

Keine Klimaanlage, kein Kühlschrank, geht gar nicht im Hochsommer.
