Ich war das erste Mal in dem im Falderhof und auch das letzte Mal. Wenn jeder Eigentümer mich bald mal irgendwas ändert,
Pros:

Schöner alter Hof, im Süden von Köln gelegen, aus dem mit etwas Herzblut und Engagement, etwas tolles gemacht werden kann.

Cons:

Das Hotel wurde in den achtziger Jahren gebaut und so sieht es heute noch aus. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach, ohne jegliche Liebe eingerichtet. Die Außentemperatur war circa 22°, jedoch im Zimmer fühlt es sich an wie 30°.
Das Inventar ist auch aus den achtziger Jahren und es sieht so aus, als wäre es nie erneuert worden.
Das Badezimmer ist aus der gleichen Zeit und mehr nicht. Mein Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, und nach Aussage der Rezeption wird dies auch nur alle drei Tage gemacht. (Anweisung des Chefs). Das Frühstück ist vorhanden, aber sehr lieblos, ohne jegliche Raffinesse aufgebaut.
Als alter Kölner ist es traurig zu sehen, was aus dem Falderhof in den Jahren geschehen ist.

Es ist gut.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, eigener Parkplatz, schöner alter Hof, es ist sauber und gemütlich.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage, kein Kühlschrank, geht gar nicht im Hochsommer.

Tolle, ruhige Lage. Ganz besonders freundliches Personal und ein sehr leckeres Frühstück.

Schönes Hotel, sehr ruhige Zimmer (meines zumindest), aber nicht preiswert.
Pros:

Für den Gesamtpreis (Zimmer und Frühstück) war das Frühstück OK. Gut war das Rührei. Es gab auch immer gekochte Eier.
Kaffee gab es auch genug. Ein Kännchen für 2-3 Tassen. Saft und Kühles Wasser war auch vorhanden. Es gab eine Auswahl an Jogurt und man konnte sich sein Müsli zusammenstellen. Obst war auch vorhanden.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir eine größere Auswahl an gegrillten (gebratenen) gewünscht und eine kleine Auswahl an Kuchen.

hôtel très charmant
Pros:

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme. Il y a du pain sans gluten pour le petit déjeuner sur demande. Jus de fruits et confitures maison.

Personnel très à l’écoute.

Cons:

Pas beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Surtout quand on est sans gluten.

Das Frühstück war gut und wir haben auch sehr gut geschlafen.
Pros:

Ein schönes Hotel mit viel Charme

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte keine Verdunklung, lediglich blaue Vorhänge, die jedoch nicht blickdicht waren.
Auch hätte eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer stehen können.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt in der Nähe von Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel ist elegant und mit bunten, schönen Blumen dekoriert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker, und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Ich wünschte, ich hätte früher von diesem Hotel gewusst. Man kann hier schöne, ruhige Urlaubstage verbringen und ist trotzdem nur einen relativ kurzen Weg von der Kölner Innenstadt entfernt.
