Best people and best view you can get in all of Switzerland.
Pros:

The people at Hotel Freihof were the nicest I’ve ever met, from the patrons at the bar to the bartender and hotel owner. The view from my room was stunning and the whole town is gorgeous. No matter who I spoke to everyone was lovely and truly made it the most memorable trip of my life. Thank you Denice!

Mycket trevligt och prisvärt hotell!
Pros:

Tyvärr var kommunikation dålig mellan vårt hotell Freihof och hotell i närheten där vi skulle äta frukost, så det hotellet var stängt och hade ingen frukost två av dagarna på vår vistelse. Men vi fick pengarna tillbaka så allt var frid och fröjd!

Zweckmässige, sehr saubere Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Sehr sauber. Betten sehr bequem. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Urlaub im Glarnerland
Pros:

Das freundliche,hilfsbereite Personal,das sehr saubere und grosse Zimmer,das sehr bequeme Bett,die Lage, vom Bahnhof konnte man durch den herrlichen Volksgarten in wenigen Minuten zum Hotel gelangen. Obwohl das Zimmer an einer befahrenen Strasse war,konnte ich gut schlafen,da in der Nacht alles ruhig war.
Der individuelle Check-Out,man zahlte beim Check-In,und konnte bei der Abreise den Schlüssel an einem bestimmten Ort einwerfen.

Cons:

Das Kissen vom Bett,es war sehr gross,und weich,mit etwas zurechtbüscheln konnte ich trotzdem gut schlafen. Das Morgenessen musste im Hotel Glarnerhof eingenommen werden,das positive war,man konnte schon einen gemütlichen Spaziergang machen....

A perfect hotel ideal for a professional cat-sitter!
Pros:

A comfortable hotel in the centre of Glarus, a few minutes walk from the train station.

The staff in the hotel and bar are very friendly and welcoming, offering good suggestions and tips.
