For security reasons THE SAME CREDIT CARD USED TO GUARANTEE THE BOOKING MUST BE PRESENT UPON CHECK-IN in order to finalize the pre-authorization and/or verify the cardholder. In case guest is unable to provide the same credit card, another valid payment method will be requested.
- Upon check-in CREDITCARD (Visa/Mastercard) details will be requested in order to guarantee the extras and any incidentals, room damages.
- To provide the credit card details is MANDATORY, if not, the hotel will pre-authorize 500 Euro as a guarantee. The settlement of the extras will be requested each time the sum is reached, while the pre-authorization will be voided upon check-out.
Please note that an early check-in or late check-out can normally be arranged at an additional cost.

The Gala Dinner on the 24th and 31st December is mandatory, the price is 85 Euro per person, to be settled directly at the hotel.

Klimat i plaża , piękne
We had a fantastic time at Hotel Bliss! The welcome from the staff was exceptional, everyone was so warm and attentive. The kids absolutely loved the superb swimming pool, especially the natural diving board! The meals were delicious.
The only small detail to note is that you have to cross the road to get from the rooms to the main facilities (the restaurant and the beach)

Toalettet på rom 21 luktet vondt, sannsynligvis på grunn av søppel, fuktighet eller skadede vegger. Resten av rommet var flott, og beliggenheten i den eksotiske hagen var fantastisk.
Wunderschön gelegen, vor allem der Teil mit den größeren Wohneinheiten - den Hang hinauf in einem tollen „Garten“ mit üppiger Vegetation. Pool ebenso sauber und nett mit dem Granitstein zum Reinspringen/Sonne sitzen…
Zudem wird hervorragend gekocht, das Buffett abends ist sehr ansprechend und die Speisen schmeckten ausgezeichnet.
Einzig waren wir nicht vorbereitet auf die mögliche Wasserknappheit, so konnten wir am Ankunftstag erst sehr spät duschen, war aber die anderen Tage kein Problem.

We absolutely loved our stay and every other member of staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, our final day was overshadowed by an interaction with a front desk staff member, Anna Marie.
This was not about the hotel’s room service policy. We simply asked for cutlery after collecting our takeaway, and another staff member initially told us it would be delivered. Anna Marie then intervened, raised her voice at both her colleague and us, and told us we had to collect it ourselves. A simple “no” would have been perfectly fine.
What upset us most was that she then followed us to the restaurant and later stood outside reception watching us as we walked back to our room. As tourists, we found this genuinely intimidating and unnecessary. This is the first time we have ever felt the need to complain about a member of hotel staff. Aside from this isolated incident, our stay was truly wonderful.
Le Bliss est un hôtel incroyable. Le petit déjeuner avec vue sur l’océan vous fait démarrer la journée du bon pied. La vue est tellement reposante. Les chambre sont spatieuses, propre et décorée avec goût. La literie est très confortable. La piscine entre les roches de granits vous permets de vous prélasser après une longue journée à crapahuter.
La route qui traverse l’hôtel n’est pas très sécurisée, peut être qu’un passage piéton pourrait être intéressant.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Bliss. L’accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux, avec une équipe toujours souriante, attentionnée et à l’écoute de nos demandes.
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et délicieux, un vrai plaisir pour bien commencer la journée. Les deux restaurants de l’hôtel, les pieds dans le sable, offrent un cadre magnifique et une ambiance très agréable.
La plage, la piscine et la décoration de l’établissement créent une atmosphère paisible et pleine de charme. Enfin, le ménage des chambres est irréprochable, tout est parfaitement entretenu.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et y reviendrions avec grand plaisir !

Accessibility challenge for people immobility condition. Hotel rooms are stairs up with the Hills up and down.
Meravigliosa posizione, molto meglio che a Beau Vallon. Il giardino tropicale è magnifico e ben curato. L’arredamento ben scelto. I buffet sono eccellenti sia per colazione che per cena, e lo staff molto attento e premuroso. Bravi!

Dies war unser zweiter Besuch im Hotel - die Location hat auch dieses Mal die Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Ausstattung der gesamten Anlage vermittelte ein positives Inselfeeling, einschließlich des Strandzugangs. Die Auswahl zwischen täglich thematisch wechselnden Buffets und der Möglichkeit auch à la carte im Restaurant zu essen war sehr angenehm.
In der Reisevorbereitung schienen die Zuständigkeiten zwischen Dem Hotel direkt und Booking nicht klar geregelt zu sein. Nach etwas hin-und-her hat es aber dann ganz gut geklappt.
