For security reasons THE SAME CREDIT CARD USED TO GUARANTEE THE BOOKING MUST BE PRESENT UPON CHECK-IN in order to finalize the pre-authorization and/or verify the cardholder. In case guest is unable to provide the same credit card, another valid payment method will be requested.

- Upon check-in CREDITCARD (Visa/Mastercard) details will be requested in order to guarantee the extras and any incidentals, room damages.
- To provide the credit card details is MANDATORY, if not, the hotel will pre-authorize 500 Euro as a guarantee. The settlement of the extras will be requested each time the sum is reached, while the pre-authorization will be voided upon check-out.

Amazing hotel in Mahé
Pros:

Amazing hotel. The duplex room is very spacious and perfect for a family. The swimming pool was the big attraction for our kids. Very beautiful! Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and attentive. The beach down of the hotel is precious and they are really attentive to every detail. We would definitely come back to this hotel in a next trip to Mahé.

Cons:

I’d just say that the service of the dinning restaurant was quite slow and food was average. I wouldn’t recommend a dinner there.

Pros:

Отель размещен на склоне,очень зеленая территория,небольшой,чистый и живописный пляж,подходящий для купания.
Волшебный вид из ресторанов.
Есть бассейн глубина 1,50-3,00 метра.
Приветливый,внимательный и отзывчивый персонал.

У нас был полупансион с двухэтажной виллой у бассейна.
Разнообразие шведского стола довольно скромное,но тем не менее,еда вкусная.
Приемлемый завтрак,только все необходимое но голодными мы не были.На ужине тоже выбор не велик-всегда есть рыба,курица и говядина+пара салатов+пара гарниров,соус+один десерт.
Приличные коктейли.
При раннем заезде работники ресепшен,любезно предложили подождать у бассейна пока будет готов наш номер,нам выдали пляжные полотенца,провели в раздевалку и душ.

Cons:

Должна сказать,на мой взгляд,отель абсолютно не подходит для людей с ограниченными способностями и пенсионерам!Много крутых лестниц(в номере)и подъём в гору,в сторону бассейна,понравится не всем.
Однозначно объект требуется ремонта.
Воду дают только по прибытию 2 бутылки по 0,75.

Pros:

Frukosten var ok. Det som förväntas. Dålig hygien att de inte täckte bröd och muffins bl.a så att det ibland satt fåglar på maten!

Cons:

- städningen undermålig
- rummet mycket, mycket slitet.
- osäker vattentillgång
- dörren svår att låsa/låsa upp och dessutom gick det se ut genom den
- räcken och annan säkerhet saknades eller var alldeles för glesa. Ett barn ramlar enkelt ner mellan spjälorna
- personal visade dålig tillåt., att man som gäst måste signera för en hårtork och en korkskruv har jag aldrig tidigare upplevt.

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Lage ist traumhaft und das Essen war auch sehr köstlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und befinden sich in einem gepflegten tropischen Garten.

Cons:

Es fehlt an Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, kein TV und Wifi im Zimmer, zu düsteres Licht um ein Buch zu lesen. Zimmerservice war etwas dürftig (2×fehlende Handtücher sowie kein WC Papier). Hoher Preis für ein mageres Abend-Buffet. Ausflug im Hotel war 40 Eur teurer als wenn man am Strand bucht.

Das Land ist absolut sehenswert, wir hatten eine gute Zeit.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Reinigungspersonal sowie das Restaurantpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Personal der Rezeption war gewöhnungsbedürftig von geht so bis genervt (unser Eindruck), stellenweise überfordert.

Cons:

Im Außenbereich Kakerlaken (bei diesem Klima wahrscheinlich nicht zu vermeiden) aber es müssten die Auflagen besser und geschützter weggeräumt werden. Wir hatten je 2 DZ gebucht, die eine gute Lage hatten allerdings gab es auch Zimmer mit Blick auf die Straße/direkt an der Straße und volle Sonnenseite, was man nicht rauslesen konnte bei der Buchung.
Schade das es keine Liegen am Strand gibt. Die ganze Anlage müsste überholt werden für ein 4 Sterne Hotel.

La nostra habitació, seaside apartment, era magnífica, ben decorada i ample (tot i que alguna finestra no tancaba bé). La vista sobre la platja preciosa

Segurament hi té a veure que vam arribar amb pluja, però la sensació és que li falta una bona capa de pintura a la façana. L’aspecte exterior no és com t’imaginaries un hotel de luxe (i preu alt) a seychelles
