For security reasons THE SAME CREDIT CARD USED TO GUARANTEE THE BOOKING MUST BE PRESENT UPON CHECK-IN in order to finalize the pre-authorization and/or verify the cardholder. In case guest is unable to provide the same credit card, another valid payment method will be requested.

- Upon check-in CREDITCARD (Visa/Mastercard) details will be requested in order to guarantee the extras and any incidentals, room damages.
- To provide the credit card details is MANDATORY, if not, the hotel will pre-authorize 500 Euro as a guarantee. The settlement of the extras will be requested each time the sum is reached, while the pre-authorization will be voided upon check-out.

Pros:

Понравилось все: интерьер, сад, бассейн, еда, завтраки. Особенно понравился пляж, проездили по острову и поняли, что снорклить идеально на этом пляже. Нет травы, сильных волн, все чисто

Nice hotel but the expirience could be improve
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and bi room nice garden.

Cons:

The bathroom was ok but the shower had a big staine, no much attention to details, for example 1 day was raining very hard and I was expecting to find an umbrella outside the room in order to reach the breakfast area.
The last day I have asked for the invoice to be printed and when I went to pick it up the girl at reception told me we do not print invoices , in general for the high price payed I did not think the experience reflect the price. breakfast was sufficient but not a exciting.

Amazing hotel in Mahé
Pros:

Amazing hotel. The duplex room is very spacious and perfect for a family. The swimming pool was the big attraction for our kids. Very beautiful! Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and attentive. The beach down of the hotel is precious and they are really attentive to every detail. We would definitely come back to this hotel in a next trip to Mahé.

Cons:

I’d just say that the service of the dinning restaurant was quite slow and food was average. I wouldn’t recommend a dinner there.

Pros:

Отель размещен на склоне,очень зеленая территория,небольшой,чистый и живописный пляж,подходящий для купания.
Волшебный вид из ресторанов.
Есть бассейн глубина 1,50-3,00 метра.
Приветливый,внимательный и отзывчивый персонал.

У нас был полупансион с двухэтажной виллой у бассейна.
Разнообразие шведского стола довольно скромное,но тем не менее,еда вкусная.
Приемлемый завтрак,только все необходимое но голодными мы не были.На ужине тоже выбор не велик-всегда есть рыба,курица и говядина+пара салатов+пара гарниров,соус+один десерт.
Приличные коктейли.
При раннем заезде работники ресепшен,любезно предложили подождать у бассейна пока будет готов наш номер,нам выдали пляжные полотенца,провели в раздевалку и душ.

Cons:

Должна сказать,на мой взгляд,отель абсолютно не подходит для людей с ограниченными способностями и пенсионерам!Много крутых лестниц(в номере)и подъём в гору,в сторону бассейна,понравится не всем.
Однозначно объект требуется ремонта.
Воду дают только по прибытию 2 бутылки по 0,75.
