For security reasons THE SAME CREDIT CARD USED TO GUARANTEE THE BOOKING MUST BE PRESENT UPON CHECK-IN in order to finalize the pre-authorization and/or verify the cardholder. In case guest is unable to provide the same credit card, another valid payment method will be requested.

- Upon check-in CREDITCARD (Visa/Mastercard) details will be requested in order to guarantee the extras and any incidentals, room damages.
- To provide the credit card details is MANDATORY, if not, the hotel will pre-authorize 500 Euro as a guarantee. The settlement of the extras will be requested each time the sum is reached, while the pre-authorization will be voided upon check-out.

Pros:

Plage top pour le Snork, restaurant de qualité et service vraiment super chaleureux.

Cons:

La pression de l’eau qui n’est malheureusement pas de leur ressort car il y avait des restrictions d’eau dans le nord de l’iles

Schönes Strandhotel mit charmanter individueller Note
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem Strandabschnitt und beim Frühstück oder zu den anderen Mahlzeiten kann man direkt aufs Meer schauen. Das Restaurant ist liebevoll gestaltet und mit Sand ausgestattet. Die Auswahl ist nicht riesig aber sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr individuell gestaltet. Es wird sogar ein Mückenschutz angeboten (war auch notwendig). Das Personal war super freundlich und hat sich um alles gekümmert, wie z. B. Taxi, Gepäcktransport und bei früher Abreise Zimmerservice fürs Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Matratze hätte besser sein können. Der Handtuchwechsel wurde nur alle 2 Tage angeboten, was normalerweise ja auch richtig ist, aber im Einzelfall müsste ausnahmsweise ein individueller Wechsel wie bei den Strandtüchern möglich sein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man muss zu seinem Zimmer eine schlecht einsehbare Straße überqueren.

Pros:

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Bliss! The welcome from the staff was exceptional, everyone was so warm and attentive. The kids absolutely loved the superb swimming pool, especially the natural diving board! The meals were delicious.

The only small detail to note is that you have to cross the road to get from the rooms to the main facilities (the restaurant and the beach)

Toalettet på rom 21 luktet vondt, sannsynligvis på grunn av søppel, fuktighet eller skadede vegger. Resten av rommet var flott, og beliggenheten i den eksotiske hagen var fantastisk.

Entspannter Urlaub in schönem Resort, freundliches Personal, tolles Essen!
Pros:

Wunderschön gelegen, vor allem der Teil mit den größeren Wohneinheiten - den Hang hinauf in einem tollen „Garten“ mit üppiger Vegetation. Pool ebenso sauber und nett mit dem Granitstein zum Reinspringen/Sonne sitzen…
Zudem wird hervorragend gekocht, das Buffett abends ist sehr ansprechend und die Speisen schmeckten ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Einzig waren wir nicht vorbereitet auf die mögliche Wasserknappheit, so konnten wir am Ankunftstag erst sehr spät duschen, war aber die anderen Tage kein Problem.
