Ein perfektes Hotel, das sehr zentral liegt und man sich wie zu Hause fühlt!
Pros:

Wir waren für eine Nacht in Köln und hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.

Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir an der Rezeption äußerst freundlich empfangen. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir den Mitarbeiter am Empfang: Er stellte direkt fest, dass über Booking.com versehentlich ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten für uns reserviert worden war, obwohl wir als Paar ein Doppelbett benötigten. Das Problem wurde sofort und unkompliziert gelöst. Darüber hinaus konnten wir sogar früher als geplant einchecken, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine hervorragende Lage. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Köln sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man die Stadt ideal erkunden kann.

Auch die Sauberkeit verdient ein großes Lob. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, ordentlich und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Ein weiteres Highlight war das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war hervorragend, die Speisen frisch und lecker – hier ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Besonders der freundliche und hilfsbereite Service, die zentrale Lage, die Sauberkeit und das ausgezeichnete Frühstück machen dieses Hotel zu einer hervorragenden Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Köln.

Pros:

Hotel in City-Lage und dicht am Hauptbahnhof, alles gut erreichbar. Dadurch aber auch in den Nächten sehr laut.
Frühstück für 14 € war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Zimmer viel zu warm. Jalousien defekt und die Vorhänge an den Fenstern halten die Hitze nicht ab. Ventilator und mobiles Klimagerät waren als Notbehelf ins Zimmer gestellt.
Zimmer und Bad wurden 6 Tage nicht gereinigt, nur Handtücher und Papierkorb erneuert.
Schokoladenpapier lag noch unterm Sessel und Flaschendeckel unter der Heizung.

Excellent location, very comfortable and clean room, friendly staff
Pros:

The location was excellent, staff was very friendly, and they offered on-site parking (must reserve ahead of time). The Family Room was huge, comfortable, and clean. We loved it!
