Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich.
Das Bad hatte ein Fenster zum Lüften

Cons:

Das Bad war nicht sauber. Insbesondere der Handtuchwärmer war sehr schmutzig. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr begrenzt.

TR 🇹🇷: Köln’de konaklama için göz önünde bulundurmanız gereken ilk şey Köln Katedrali'ne olan mesafeniz olmalı. Zira Köln’de Dom Katedrali ve yakın çevresinde ziyaret edebileceğiniz birkaç müze dışında görebileceğiz bir şey yok. Bu açıdan bakıldığında otel hem tren garına hem de Dom’a olan mesafesiyle oldukça büyük artılar taşıyor. Diğer yandan otele ilk girdiğimizde yatağın üzerinde gördüğümüz birkaç parça saç hijyen konusunda soru işaretleri oluşturdu. Buna dikkat edilmesi gerekir. Yataklar oldukça geniş ve rahat olmasına karşın, yastıklarsa bir o kadar küçük ve rahatsız. Resepsiyon görevlileri güleryüzlü ve yardımcı. Genel olarak hijyen ve yastıkların geliştirilmesi gereken özellikler olduğu düşüncesindeyiz.

This is because, apart from the cathedral and a few nearby museums, there is not much else to see in the city. From this perspective, the hotel has significant advantages due to its proximity to both the train station and the cathedral. On the other hand, when we first entered the room, a few strands of hair on the bed raised concerns about hygiene, which should be addressed. Although the beds are quite large and comfortable, the pillows are rather small and uncomfortable. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, we believe that hygiene and the quality of the pillows are the main areas that need improvement.

Die Lage war für mich sehr gut.

Wenn man schon in das Zimmer geht, sollte man auch das Bett herrichten und die Dusche säubern.

Absolut freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer sehr ordentlich und vor allem ruhig. Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, nur 5 Minuten vom HbF Köln und der Stadtbahn entfernt. In die Innenstadt zum Kölner Dom etwa 10 Minuten.
Zusammenfassung:
Ein absolut zu empfehlendes und preisgünstiges Hotel.

Cons:

Die Umgebung des Hotels ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, halt Bahnhofsnähe

Gerne wieder
Pros:

Fußläufig gut in zehn Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen. Trotz dass das Hotel Merian an einer stark befahrenen Straße sich befindet- bekam man nichts von Straßengeräuschen mit. Freundliches Personal.
