Amazing place
Beautiful pool, friendly staff
Not so clean, very limited ammenities, not private at all as I had staff in my garden and also random people coming in my garden. I even had someone sleeping in my kitchen !
They even organized a photo shooting in my garden and nobody asked me if i was OK !

Our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Crystals! The villa was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The location was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special thanks to Romesh, one of the staffs, who was extremely helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

No breakfast buffet or various options, but available up on request and extra charges.
Location and atmosphere is good
No Food or drink. Have to order from outside not even a morning tea or coffee. No kettle to make our own tea or coffee.
The pools are really beautiful, set in lush green, well-kept gardens.
The 3-bed villa is comfortable but not fully equipped. The concierge was eager to help and quick to respond, but didn’t always understand our requests. Good wifi. Handy for getting to the airport, but a long way out from Colombo. We stayed there for a family wedding reception, which was very well organised and a super event. The accommodation is a bit odd though. Sri Lanka breakfast was brought to our villa, very good rice and curries. We got a Pick Me delivery for dinner. I guess it would be good value for money if you used all three bedrooms in the villa, but be aware that they make you sign an agreement that you won’t have extra guests or parties and won’t use the pool after 9pm.
There was a kettle in the kitchen but no cups until requested, and no cutlery except spoons. We asked for tea and coffee and had to give the concierge cash to get them from a shop, which was weird. And no cafetière. The tv didn’t work and once the concierge got it working, we found there were no subscriptions to film channels anyway. There were animals leaping around inside the roof space which kept us awake, maybe cats as we had a friendly cat visit us in the morning. My daughter went out in the evening and had to ring the bell three times to be let in when she got home, even though we’d told the concierge. I guess the security is good!
We got upgraded to a nicer villa! Ramesh was very nice, kind and helpful throughout our stay! Very clean place as well and everyone is nice and helpful!
The villa is very spacious, clean & comfortable. The staff were very helpful. We all loved the garden and the pool was amazing. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms which made it very comfortable for the kids. Loved the place!
Amazing place with a beautiful garden and a pool. Peaceful environment. Great location & great staff. Lovely and great first impression of the villa. Everything about the villa was exceptional. It was clean, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The outdoor spaces are ok
You are renting a room in a huge house that is attended by few persons; the cleaner, gardener and a waiter for the event facilities ext door.
If there is an event No one really cares about your needs.
Internet does only work in the room .
We asked for our last breakfast to be served at 7:00am as we were leaving at 7:30 to the airport, we received the food at 7:20am.
Breakfast was extremely bad, the kitchen facilities are not usable and their culinary capabilities are extremely limited.
The cleanliness of the indoor spaces are questionable, the pantry kitchen was dusty the sink were not cleaned
Bedsheet were stained.
We found roaches in the bathroom
The private pool is excellent. The facilities are highest standards.
The staff didn't know English.
We had two bed rooms in the villa, but we understand from the description that the villa is private.
