The beds were comfortable, rooms had a cozy design. The sound pollution out at night is for a large part muted by the soundproofing. The food from the alacart menu all taste wonderful, the remnants of Dutch architecture nearby is nice to explore, some staff just did their jobs & kept to themselves.I was allowed to switch rooms when I mentioned a health concern.
Aesthetically beautiful. If one were to have a healthy body & has loose social boundaries, this would be a a great place to spend their money.
There was mold on the first bathroom ceiling (I'm severely allergic) & by my last day I was experiencing allergic symptoms again even though the new room had no visible mold patches.
Some of the staff would ask me personal questions about where I lived, my nationality, etc. as if they wanted to confirm their theories. Even if they were curious, that business is my own & it makes me not want to come back.
The breakfast buffet was the continental breakfast. I didn't pay for it to get it as a complementary meal thankfully, because I feel it was rather lacking in terms of diversity. Would have preffered a Sri Lankan meal.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city and located right next door to the famous Ministry of Crab. The buildings and architecture in the surrounding area are simply beautiful. It was also very convenient to have a supermarket nearby.
The room was spotlessly clean, and everything was perfectly in order. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom, which was incredibly spacious and looked fantastic.
Overall, this hotel completely exceeded my expectations, especially considering the very reasonable price I paid. It offers incredible value for money, and I highly recommend it!
