Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche des commerces et des restaurants. Le personnel est gentil et accueillant. La chambre est propre et assez spacieuse, pratique si vous avez besoin de vider votre valise, par exemple.

Cons:

Le montant indiqué dans la réservation ne correspond pas au montant final, car une taxe non incluse nous a été annoncée sur place, ce qui nous a laissés un peu perplexes. Il est donc préférable de bien se renseigner avant de réserver.

Comfortable rooms,.noisy location.
Pros:

Very comfortable mattress, nicely designed rooms, great quality bed linen. Modern.

Night reception staff excellent as were the staff in the restaurant.

Cons:

Noisy at night unfortunately due to its location. The hotel kindly moved me to a different room the next day.. I appreciate this is almost completely out of the control of the hotel but perhaps triple glazing the rooms would be an idea as it's primary job is to allow people somewhere quiet and safe to sleep.

When I arrived there were 4 trainees on the reception desk none of whom seemed to really know what was happening. So it was a clunky welcome.

Schön aber zu laut am Wochenende
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer, groß, sauber, bequeme Betten

Cons:

Frühstück war ok, aber alle anderen auf unserer Reise waren besser.
Leider gibt es in der Nähe vor allem am Wochenende Veranstaltungen, sodass es sehr laut war, sonst hätten wir auf dem Rückweg nochmal hier übernachtet.

Fairly comfortable, but dated and overpriced with not-so-helpful staff.
Pros:

Good location right in the old fort / Dutch hospital quarter.

Cons:

It was overpriced for the dated amenities. The staff were not particularly helpful and we had to “prove” our booking daily at breakfast after a lengthy back and forth on check in. Our “city view” was of the back stairs of the apartment building next door - complete with dirty mops.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage - wir konnten zu Fuß den Markt erreichen. Restaurants und Cafés direkt ums Eck. Personal alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut! Gemischt traditionell und Brot Butter etc.

Cons:

Das Bett war ziemlich durchgelegen, wir mussten für early Check in nochmal 30 Dollar zahlen was ich schon übertrieben fand…
