Bellissima esperienza e bellissima posizione praticamente al sunset point
Pros:

La struttura molto bella scavata nella roccia.
I ragazzi alla reception sempre disponibili
Ci hanno anche fatto l’upgrade per l’anniversario!!

Cons:

Affianco alla struttura stanno facendo dei lavori!

False promises
Pros:

Location near the Goreme viewpoint behind Love valley.
Breakfast was varied with good views.
Historic feel to the property with artefacts.

Cons:

Room was smaller than expected.
I researched and despite an alleged 66% reduction paid more than other properties to stay in a cave hotel - in reality we were in a hotel room opposite the building shown in the picture - not really special class.
Parking is on a bend in the road leading up to the viewpoint.

Pros:

It's as pictured, a cosy yet spacious cave room. We enjoyed the window seat, for balcony watching, reading and even a little nap. The breakfast was exceptional, quite a diverse range of food. Location for walking up to ballon watching was perfect. It made us really appreciate being so close to it all. Car parking super easy. Would recommend a stay to friends and family and would stay again ourselves.

Cons:

Nothing that comes to mind really. Yes it's up an incline, but so are many other hotels, and the views is worth it.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, queda muy cerca de uno de los miradores principales de Goreme, se veía espectacular el amanecer

Cons:

Falta de limpieza en el baño principalmente el dormitorio tenía hidromasaje pero la tina tenía hongos, faltaba limpieza profunda

A good value and a good location
Pros:

The host was very nice and helpful, location is great, breakfast is lovely.

Cons:

Not sure if it is because it is a real caved hotel, the shower was leaking to the bathroom floor which was not very pleasant.

Pros:

The concept and idea of the hotel are very original, and the place itself is truly authentic. The surroundings create a real “wow” effect, and the location is very good.
The breakfast was amazing

Cons:

First, our room had no windows and no proper door to the outside—it was connected to another room, which made it impossible to sleep. We didn’t sleep for two nights. The air was very stuffy, and there was a strong smell of dampness and mold. The room clearly isn’t ventilated at all, which made it very uncomfortable to stay in and even caused headaches.

Second, we found a cockroach in the room, which also negatively affected our impression.

The most unpleasant situation happened at the entrance. There was a man (apparently a government worker) demanding payment to access the viewpoint. When we were simply walking to our room with a child, he started shouting aggressively and insisting we pay. We explained multiple times that we were hotel guests, but he kept yelling, behaving in a very rude and inappropriate way, even in front of other people. His behavior was completely unacceptable—he was shouting, gesturing aggressively, and acting in a very unprofessional manner. Only after some time did he finally let us pass.

Beautiful location in Goreme
Pros:

The location is perfect: beautiful view, walking distance to everything!
The room was big and comfortable, even if I do prefer more natural light (but of course you are in a cave so i was not expecting too much of it!).
The breakfast was a big highlight for me, with a lot of variety and everything looking fresh.
The staff was friendly and tried their best to make us feel welcomed.

Cons:

It is now low season and you can see it: some construction work, some scruffiness. But it was not a big deal for us.
The breakfast starts at 8.30am, a little late. I would suggest a starting time of 7.30 or even 8am if earlier is difficult.

A very authentic experience
Pros:

Very special and interesting rooms. We stayed in February, so were really happy that it was very warm. The breakfast was great as well!

Beautiful place to stay!
Pros:

Great hotel with wonderful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. It is up a hill, but only takes 10 min or less to get downtown. Close to restaurants and coffee shops.

Cons:

Everything was good!

Excellent location with beautiful views
Pros:

The location was amazing, and the breakfast was great, and the dining room was also wonderful. The staff was kind, helpful, and full of good ideas and resources for us.

Cons:

The room we booked had a shower that did not work, and was too hot: the staff immediately moved us to a different room, which was perfect. They were very kind and thoughtful about this.
