Nice resort. Fun for kids. The playground inside the resort was a hit.
The food gave me food poisoning. Wouldn’t suggest eating there if you can avoid it. Cost me as too high for what you get.
The environment for the kids was great.
The food was atrocious. the chicken at night was dried out and stuck to the pans. The establishment should be ashamed.
The resort is really fun for kids and everything is designed for their enjoyment. They have special themed rooms (ours had a scavenger hunt that opened the safe, where a small lego set was hiding) and a big playground with tons of legos in the lobby. Easy walking distance to the park.
The biggest issue is the water quality, which was abysmal. The water tasted like dirt and there was no clean water available. The signs in the park said that the town's water recently failed their EPA testing. I highly suggest bringing jugs of your own spring water if you don't want to get dehydrated or pay an arm and a leg for the water (parent: this also applies to their coffee). The food at the resort is disgusting. Breakfast is "included" but is comprised of questionable meat, eggs, and sugary cereal. They offer more choices that can be purchased. We skipped dinner at the hotel restaurant and went out to eat in the neighboring town. Unfortunately, since we didn't book direct, our stay did not include a parking pass and the park tried to charge us for leaving for dinner on the first day, even though we were staying at the hotel. After that, we had to wait until 6:30/7pm to leave for dinner to avoid being charged a parking fee.
The staff was helpful and kind. The proximity to the park was great.
The breakfast was ok
All is beatiful
My breakfast very late
Very kid oriented. Love the extra activities they do. Staff was so kind and helpful.
We stayed one night. Arrived on a Friday did the park checked in at 4. We left the next morning. We had to leave the property Friday night to go get medication. We were being charged twice for parking since they charge you parking when you leave, no ticket to show that we already paid, I did speak with manager who said if we left before a certain time we wouldn’t be charged a second time which was helpful, but we had to leave earlier the checkout to avoid this which is absolutely ridiculous and a scam.
Another thing is we ordered pizza and two pastas for lunch, There is no indication of the size of the pastas. The servings were HUGE and they do not allow you to take what you purchased to go because they don’t “have carry out containers”. This is a real shame considering how many people in the world starve every day and Legoland has us discarding an obscene amount of food because they won’t invest in carry out containers. Overall kids had a great time but we will not be back. Nickel and diming customers is not new but this is so very disappointing because it just doesn’t make sense.
This hotel is the only one within walking distance to LegoLand.
There was a blood stain in our bed sheets upon arrival. I did not discover it until we were getting ready for bed after a long day in the LegoLand park. It took 3 text messages (there is no option to call housekeeping) and an hour for housekeeping to arrive with fresh sheets. The person who brought the sheets was the manager, who was apologetic and noted that they were working with a new housekeeping service provider and there were still bumps in their operations.
Breakfast was included in our nightly rate. The breakfast was very poor quality, and it was $7 to "add on" french toast sticks that you can buy for $4/box at the grocery store or fresh fruit. Very low nutitional content in the breakfast options included in the nightly hotel rate.
The water has a musty taste and smell. Inside the LegoLand bathrooms (which is next door to the hotel and presumably uses the same water source), there was a posting that they had higher-than-safe levels of chemicals used to disinfect the water measured from July - Dec 2025 (we visited in April 2026). I don't advise drinking the water (or the juice out of any fountain or ice in drinks). The hotel provided 2 bottles of complimentary water.
All over the LegoLand Hotel website, they note parking is $35/night (which is kind of ridiculous given the cost of these rooms are hundreds of dollars per night, even when the pool is not open). When I arrived, I was informed that because we booked through a 3rd party vendor, it was going to be $35 every time we left the hotel (not per night). The food was awful, so we left the hotel to find dinner elsewhere regardless of the charges.
They have insufficient (<10) LegoFriends rooms, which are the line of Legos that are enjoyed predominantly by girls. They need to convert some of the pirate and castle rooms to LegoFriends as their current supply is not meeting demand.
The room was nice
The food in restaurant was disgusting and definitely not worth the price we paid. Also nobody in my group wanted to take a shower because the water smelled and tasted like dirt. The last irritant was when we were packing up to leave, we sent our daughter down to get a cart luggage. She came back up saying they wouldn’t give her one then a few minutes later someone showed up with one then said he had to stay with the cart. Made us feel very rushed
The staff at the hotel were exceptionally accommodating and friendly despite it being super busy and the very beginning of the season. All the people we dealt with at check in, the ladies checking us in at breakfast, the waiter at breakfast, the staff at the bar and at the Lego store. Everyone was so welcoming to answer questions and they were well equipped to deal with anything I needed. We stayed two nights so we could enjoy all of the facilities and would recommend doing this. The pajama party was so fun!
The Lego head pancakes were a little disappointing for $15 you get 3 "Lego head' shaped pancakes which were actually just normal pancakes. And the latte I ordered and paid extra for was really tasteless.
Breakfast was a wonderful added bonus. Our son loved everything about the hotel and park. We enjoyed every elevator ride dance party.
The 3am fire alarm was not ideal, but the hotel was attentive and assisted the best they could to get us back to our rooms as quickly as possible.
Clean, comfortable
Breakfast didn’t have too much options, it’s not buffet style anymore. Floor is dirty.
Legoland 游乐场好玩
晚上娱乐活动少,还有停车费的问题
Room was cute and spacious, and the lifts are fun with the dance party. There was a great treasure hunt in the room for the kids.
They charge you $37 for parking every time you leave the property. We had only been there for just over an hour dropping our bags and freshening up before dinner and they wouldn't budge on waiving this fee. So that added $75 to our already large bill. The hotel is way overpriced and the food is terrible. Wait for a big sale. There was also a fire alarm at 3am which we all had to leave the property for and although these things happen it just added to a miserable stay. Better to buy your kids a lego set, put some loud music on and save yourself $1000.
The play area, room layout, location from the park and the games for the kids.
Broken disco ball in one of the elevators and two out of order washing machines.
