Definitely will come back every time I’m visit Gyumri.
Pros:

The hotel was very close to The Independence Square of Gyumri, it made wandering around easier.
The hotel was family friendly, calm. The staff were very nice and polite, they also helped us to celebrate my little sister’s birthday. The room was clean and comfortable, exactly as described in the app.

The location, room n parking.

It’s a lot of stairs and the breakfast was weird with one egg, sausage and piece of bread. Plus coffee n fruit juice.

Десятка во всем по соотношению цена/качество. Для бюджетной цены отель великолепен. Хорошее расположение, пешком минут 10 до центра. На завтрак яичница или вареное яйцо, салат из свежих овощей, абрикосовый джем, кофе. Готовили индивидуально для нас. Недалеко сетевой магазин City.
В самом городе рекомендую рыбный ресторан, где можно заказать шашлык из осетра или форели.

Люди в отеле добрые и отзывчивые. Приготовили для меня и жены завтрак, хотя мы были единственные посетители в этот день, судя по всему.

Cons:

Свет выключили утром во всем здании и нескольких соседних, но это не вина отеля.
