Disgusting
Pros:

Location, size of the suite ( cost a lot)

Cons:

I've reported this for pretending to be a 5 star hotel. It isn't, nowhere near.
The room wasn't cleaned once, despite advertising daily housekeeping. I was offered to have.bin emptied and towel changed after 2 nights but after 3 nights not cleaned once.
Breakfast is advertised as "superb", it isn't, it is diabolical, a joke. You have to beg for more coffee. First moring I was greeted by a total stranger with a "sit down" growled at me.
You get a set breakfast of 2 eggs, hot dog sausage bread and jam. Next day you get leftover bread and jam plus eggs and sausage. The lady on the 2 morning looked at me as if I was a criminal a d didn't utter a word despite my good mornings, it was a joke I felt totally unwanted in there. I paid €140 for 3 nights in Gyumri, I feel totally ripped off. Disgusting!!
