Pros:

The location is excellent, close to the main sights, cafés, and restaurants. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was also good. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Местоположение очень удобное. В трех минутах от площади. Комната просторная, чистая, есть все необходимое. Самое главное достоинство - это персонал. У нас был утренний рейс, и мы были с 3 утра на ногах. В 12 мы приехали в отель, и нас сразу заселили, чтобы мы могли отдохнуть. Ребята на стойке регистрации донесли нам чемоданы до номера на 3 этаже (что полностью компенсировало отсутствие лифта). Но самое главное: мы уезжали в 7:30 утра, а завтрак в отеле с 9. Нам организовали небольшой завтрак (не с собой, а прямо на месте), чтобы мы не ехали голодными. Что очень важно, т.к. в аэропорте Гюмри почти ничего нет. Мы очень оценили такое отношение. Обязательно вернёмся ещё!

Kind of worn down compared to the photos.
Pros:

The staff, cleanliness, and breakfast were nice.

Cons:

I booked this hotel comparing it to others, and it was a more expensive option. The pictures looked great, but in reality, it was all kind of worn down. Also, while showering, the bathroom faucet nob was clearly broken... The place simply wasn't as I expected from the photos and the price.
