Pros:

Estuve muy poco tiempo , fue una noche, muy tranquilo el lugar, silencioso, tuve rápidamente una respuesta cuando no podía ingresar, porque no había entendido que se hacía dos veces el check in, onlinea y presencial el resto bien. Algo para destacar él baño muyyyyy bueno, era como un onsen.

人形町附近方便的住宿，每天都可以洗衣服！
Pros:

1. 人形町站走四號出口上來（旁邊有電梯）差不多走十分鐘就到住宿了，客服給的指示路線非常清楚，參考那份地圖即可
2. 周邊很安靜，晚上幾乎沒什麼噪音
3. 餐具、碗盤齊全，還有一些基本的油、鹽調味品，要下廚不是問題
4. 洗衣機很方便，出遊玩每天都可以洗衣服，也有附洗衣粉，衣架給得很充足，只要在廁所晾起來開暖風，一個晚上就乾了，非常方便！
5. 人形町站四號出口右邊，有一個小超市，也有賣一些水果食品，回家可以順路逛逛
6. 入住很方便，在平板上選一選就好，回家也不用卡，按密碼即可，而且門鎖有三道，電梯也有監視器，住這裡應該蠻安全的

Cons:

1. 旁邊沒什麼餐廳，晚上想要買吃的，只有最近的 7-11
2. 房間有點小，兩個大行李箱沒辦法攤開
3. 雖然說圖片有看到晴空塔，但實際上看不到
4. 在住宿期間，有一個時鐘停擺沒電，椅子有點晃晃的（硬體設備有點不優）

舒適的房源，還需要添購一些日用小物
Pros:

房源地點非常的好，安靜安全又方便，距離好幾個車站都很近，附近有一家走路5分鐘即達的ok超市,生鮮貨源很充足，可供自煮的食材很豐富，自煮可以吃得很均衡。浴室有乾燥暖風，每天洗衣服，早上就乾了，室內可以維持得很清爽。室內格局設計的不錯，入住七天算很舒適。

Cons:

原來雙人床的房型只有一條羽絨被,入住前有溝通希望可以自費增加一床棉被，對方回覆會試看看能否準備，如果有提供需要自費2000日元，我們回覆沒有問題。但現場並沒有新增被子，我們立即溝通此事但對方並沒有回應...隔一天只好自己去無印良品買一條毯子,以免入住多天會嚴重影響睡眠品質。廚房有三個爐台,很好使用,但只有提供一個小的無蓋平底鍋（有明顯的刮痕）和一個有蓋小湯鍋...我們在附近的大創買了一些廚房用的抹布、小平底鍋、拖鞋、晾衣架、入浴椅、舀水瓢，這些對我們很需要的小物讓我們在入住七天期間比較方便，建議房源中應該要有準備。

Perfect location
Pros:

The location of the accommodation is perfect. Great public transport connection to the airport and to all the important places. Walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions and historical monuments. Shops and restaurants everywhere. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the washing machine. Also the appartment is soundproof so you can sleep comfortably at night, no disturbing noises from the other appartments, which was great. I would stay again.

Cons:

The apartment could be cleaner. There was a lot of hair on the floor and on the carpet. The chair was a little bit unstable - the furniture has certainly seen better times.
